Terrible service. I have IBS and the clerk threatened to make me clean the bathroom, then called the cops while I was trying to use the toilet. I ended up pooing myself, incredibly embarassing.

I forgot my wallet on the counter and the guy came out and returned my wallet as I was driving off. Date Oct. 6 at 5 pm. He needs a raise. Just awesome ?

Absolutely the most pathetic convenience store on the Grand Strand!!! I'm actually reporting the store to BBB too, others may want to consider this. It has the highest turn over rate.....and the two older lady that have been there the longest go out of their way to NOT be helpful yet hurtful!!!!!!!! I honestly don't know why they come down here!!!! Go back where you came from if you just wanna be difficult! I despise this store, will NOT go back and advise everyone I know not to go back as well!!!!!! It's worth driving .5 of a mile to avoid this place. They never ever have hot digs nor pizza etc...either!!!! They absolutely SUCK on every level!!!!! Especially the long dark haired heavy set lady....WOW!!!!! WHAT A WITCH!!!! IVE ONKY GINE IN THERE EVERY DAY FOR MONTHS!!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!! I'm 53 AND I LOOK 21?????? YALL are soooo stupid!!!! Plzzzzz goooo away!!!!!! Why are you here???? To be a witch????

Clean well stocked and convenient but the employees not all need to check the attitudes and act like they want to be there instead of being mad that a customer walked in and now they gotta stop stocking a shelf and walk all the way back to the register .

This store has the WORST customer service ever. Just left that store in Litchfield, store #49, and the rude long haired blond female was beyond belligerent in refusing to refund my money on an item SHE sold me incorrectly. I asked for one thing and she gave me something different and in my haste I didn’t pay attention and went right back inside to be told no refund or exchange. Disgusting service and rude cashiers along with overpriced gas by about .13 cents per gallon.

Sign advertises medium coffee and donut for $2. It rang up over $3. Cashier refused to attempt to explain it and just said its taxes. Refused to fix the price and said this is what register rang up. Get employees that care. I left coffee and bitten donut on the counter so now instead of getting the sale your store is -1 coffee and -1 donut and no sale. Another customer was complaining about most of the coffee being cold or empty and she just sarcastically said 'use the microwave'. Very rude cashier. I will avoid this location going forward.

If I could give less than one star, I would. Broken pumps, old coffee, employees children running around and a nasty "you need what we have so **** you" attitude. I spend over $200 per week on fuel alone, so I can only imagine how much more on drinks, snacks and cigarettes. Never again will I opt to utilize this location.
