Absolutely the WORST convenience store on the Grand Strand....I've lived in this area almost 1 year and this store has the highest turn over of any where I've ever seen!!!! And the two older ladies that have been there the longest are sooooooooo unfriendly and hateful....especially the girl with the long dark hair....plain looking heavy set lady with long dark hair.....she must be one miserable soul!!!!!!!! I will not go back to this store and advise everyone I know not to too

I stopped in to grab a few things this afternoon. There were three employees working. One stocking items. Two behind the counter with one register open and 8 people in line. After waiting almost ten minutes in line as the two employees behind the counter acted like this was the first time they had ever seen, or dealth with, a customers lottery tickets I decided to take my business elsewhere. Horrible customer service.

I went to turn in a winning lottery ticket, the lady at the counter pounded on the machine and returned the ticket and said "It's broken". I tried a Lowe's a week later and they said "this has been redeemed". It wasn't a big winner, but not sure if this is a racket or an oversight. Either way, i'll never go back.

Standard for a convenience store, I stopped in here because unlike the Walgreens across the way this one has an ATM in my network. Hooray, cash money!I didn't deal with the people working the counter and I didn't purchase any fuel today. The store looked to be well stocked with snacks and drinks. The fuel pump area was clean and trash free.

We stopped here one night in December on the way home to Georgetown and the bathrooms were closed at 9:00. We would have bought gas and groceries as well but my son really had to go so we had to go to McDonald's next door. Unfortunately he had an accident. We will never stop there again I'm fairly certain the bathrooms were closed because they were already cleaned for the night.

Went in for a pack of smokes and was told that they didn’t have it. Even tho I see them on the shelf behind them. Wasn’t my first problem with this P.O.S place and never will go back.

Apparently they don't let you use the bathroom after they clean it.. I hate people who don't want to do their job.

I was in the store a few hrs ago and was buying a wine stopper from a rack that had many of them on an end counter but the checkout girl and her co-worker couldn’t figure out what to charge because it wouldn’t scan in their system, so she said I couldn’t buy it because she didn’t know how much it was and her co-worker only looked up from his phone long enough to shrug and agree he didn’t know how much it was either. Their solution to the problem was to tell me. You can’t buy it. OMG what happened to ingenuity and problem solving? Not even an effort was made to find anything similar to make the sale -

Had 2 wait n line approximately 15 people pay for gas. Vehicle wouldn't hold all so had to stand n line approximately 10 more people to get refund. Need more than just 1 register open other cashier only handled lottery

Very very rude woman behind the counter, complained the whole time about how she was old and they were working her to death, then she told me that I could not purchase my iTunes card at night! Then got a attitude with me cause I asked why. She didn’t even know how to ring it up, she thought the iTune card went in something. She planely lied to my face and I am very insulted!! don’t not think I will be stopping at another circle K!
