If I could rate - 5⭐ I would!!
I talk to Rob ( service manager) and told him about my situation with my car not starting due to the ECM. He told me to bring it on and he would get started on it the following Monday. I paid $260 for a tow for him to tell me to place it at the back fence. That should have told me a lot, but I gave him the benefit of the doubt because he seemed like a nice guy. Well.... 3 weeks later I call and he says that he tried to get the scanner to scan the car that day but the wifi signal would not reach where he had me park it. Think about that for a moment... This company has been in business for 102 years ( I know wifi has not been around that long though) and he is now telling me that the signal will not reach my car?!?!?! What a joke!! I called 1 time a week to check the status of the car, each time I could hear him inhale and blow a huge puff of smoke through the phone trying to make me believe that he always had issues that were out of his control... He should have just manned up and told me that he had no clue what to do to fix it. Now here I go again with getting another tow bill of $260 just to bring it back to my house to be parked right where it was before. Wasted $520 for NOTHING!!! He didn't even have any paperwork for the car. Just proves how incompetent these guys are!!!
I DO NOT recommend taking anything here for service!!

Great service shop at a great price! You get dealership quality and service but at a price that is competitive with nondealer mechanics.

if I could give zero Stars I would pay them $2,000 to fix a car then the car broke down on me and wouldn't crank they came and got the car and then they want to charge me $200 after I wouldn't sell them the car for $1,000
