If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. The alleged manager wouldn’t give me her name after violating my ADA rights by asking for an ID card or certification for my service animal. Got an attitude with me after I tried explaining to her I had the paperwork from his trainer but that’s not required and telling her the only two questions allowed to be asked as per the ADA. When I got an attitude back with her she told me to leave her store and threatened to call the police on me. I told her to call them so they could tell her what I had already told her. She proceeded to call the police. The Pageland officer came and after being told the situation affirmed that she in fact could not ask for ID nor certification!! I’ve included a photo of the “manager” for your reference.

This place went down hill real bad, never have anything, ask to exchange a propane tank twice now and they don't have a key

They ignore customers, they are not friendly. The other shift is good. But I don't stop there anymore because of that. If I am spending 500 to 800 dollars of fuel a day at a gas station i would like some customer service.

This shell angers me because it never accepts "debit" at the pump anymore and forces me to use it under "credit" every time because it says "invalid pin" . Fix your computer and stop trying to force people to use it under credit.It also always rejected my shell "fuel rewards" card. Again, fix your computer already!
