Every time I have stopped in for something I have been greeted at the door and offered assistance. Granted, I'm more of a "leave me alone, I'll find it" kind of guy, but I really do appreciate the offer and they make me feel as if they are glad to have me. The only time they didn't have what I was looking for (a totally odd ball piece of pipe), they recommended other places to try. The prices seem very reasonable to me, and I really enjoy shopping here. :)
