Fast and friendly. Had my car a to Firestone for 4 days when they said they couldn't fix the car. Had the car towed to William auto electric and they fixed it in less then a day. Very friendly staff Ricky was a big help

My daughter was heading back to SCAD from Charlotte after winter break late at night and had car trouble in Orangeburg, SC and don't feel comfortable continuing so stayed in a the Hampton Inn near I26 and we called Ricky first thing in the am. He was amazing. He fixed the issue which was a belt and got her back on the road with in 2 hours. So grateful for his help with my sweet girl!! Lord bless his business!!

CALLED THEM EARLIER ABOUT GETTING A STATOR REBUILT THE LADY TELL ME TO CALL BACK BECAUSE THE GUY I NEEDED TO TALK WAS OUT ON CALL SO NOW I'VE BEEN CALLING BACK ALL DAY THEY'RE NOT ANSWERING MY PHONE CALLS LIKE THEY'RE IGNORING ME BECAUSE SOMETIMES THE PHONE HAVE A BUSY SIGNAL THEN I CALL BACK IT JUST KEEPS RINGING WITH NO ONE ANSWERING

I took my 2002 Honda CR-V here back in March of this year due to my back window regulator stopped working after picking my truck up from Honda.I brought it to this shop and they were able to get my window up free of charge best place in Orangeburg,sc...I definitely will return to them great customer service.
