Best Verizon experience I have ever had. The reps even allowed me to use their personal cell phones to call my husband since my phone was not working.

Store manager was very rude to me and my family when my son wanted to look at a New phone. store manager. Replied to my son you do not have money for a phone told me and my family to stop wasting their time and the lady behind the counter. Had a very nasty Attitude. Not very professional. unprofessional Bad idea coming to the store this store needs to work on their professiolism skills especially thespecially the store manager. My twelve-year-old son cried the whole way home. A really wanted iPhone. It is a crying shame that people don't know how to act. Do not know how to act these days

The processor in my 5 year old cellphone gave out and I had to buy a new one!Cellphones now cost three times as much but I was constantly running out of space on my old one with only 16 GB of memory!At least this new phone has 128 GB of memory!The Verizon associate helped me download everything from the cloud but I still lost about 225 receipts in saved emails on my other email account, but almost all of the receipts are stored on accounts of vendors I have purchased items from so everything turned out relatively well. I hope this new phone will give me good service for more than five years!I have gotten good service with Verizon for the last 5 years and expect to have good service in the future for more than five years!
