I would NEVER recommend taking your car to this place. I took my car for a routine oil change. They destroyed my car. When I got it back it was making a loud noise. And it cut off going down the road from exit 145 to 139. My car died. Come to find out my motor was blown. All the oil leaked out my car. They are not professional at all.

I had to wait longer than I wanted to for them to tell me that they had to order a replacement part for my engine and the parts or part is on back order and don’t know when the parts will be in.

Bill, the manager and Jason, the salesperson were extremely helpful. I had texted back and forth and when I went in person, they were very accommodating and work with the customer. We had prior bad experience in another dealership and this was so refreshing to see the professional behavior. Highly recommend this place

I took a company truck to Tony T for an oil change and fuel filters replacement. The Service Advisor suggested we let them take care of a few recalls. The recalls were software upgrades.It took nearly four hours to complete the work. Apparently, the recalls were more than just software upgrades.It seemed that the technician could have been better trained.The labor rate for the fuel filter replacement was higher than I pay at other Ram dealers.Overall, this was not a pleasant experience.

Tony T Chrysler Service was a nightmare. I called the service dept. Wanting to Have my daughter car towed up there. I first ask do you take my Warranty Company and they TOLD Me Yes We Do. She then said i look forward servicing your car. I then had my car towed up there. I did get a txt saying we received your car. That day went by didn't hear anything I called before the end of business, they said someone will be calling me. The next day came, I called and they stated My radiator need replacing. That's what i told them in the first place and then added other thing. And also Recall stuff I told them I need to just have the radiator done now because my daughter need to be out of the Dorm By Friday, Hour's went by I then called again and they told me We Don't Take Your Warranty. So I made other arrangement for my car and when the Tow Truck came to get my car They said I OWED $205.00 for checking it out. I told them that they should cover it because you told me YOU TOOK MY WARRANTY. And if I would have know that I would have NEVER brought it there. It went back in fourth They made me sign some bogus paper Stating I refuse All work and Recall work. I made them take it off and then I did sign and pay the 205.00 just to get my car out of that Place and so my Daughter can come home for the holiday's I could write a lot more but you get the idea. THIS DEALERSHIP IS DISHONEST AND NOT TRUSTWORTHY. I WOULD NOT SUGGEST TAKING MY CAR THERE EVER....

Such an amazing experience! The staff was amazing and made me take my time to purchase a vehicle that would satisfy me and my pockets ? they all made me feel like we’ve known each other for years instead of just another customer! Will most definitely be back to purchase another vehicle!

My vehicle was completed very fast. So, I am not confident the technician checked it out thoroughly for any other things that may need to be done. I also had to return because they placed a sticker which indicated my oil should be changed after 200,000 miles and my vehicle only 89,000. However, the female working at the desk was very helpful and polite.
