Incredible experience and wash. Car has never looked any cleaner. Very tidy wash and everyone is very friendly. Shoutout to Tim and Josh for being awesome! They were super nice and very pleasant to talk to. I would leave even more stars if I could. 10/10 experience, I will be coming back.

I visited tidal wave today on saint Matthew's road. The car wash portion was great, but when it came to the bay area the ground was dirty like it hasn't been blown off in days. . Only maybe 6 vacuums were working while the rest of them were on the ground. Seems like nobody cares about how the bay area, where you dry your vehicles off look like anymore. It was just nasty and it seems like no one cared.or was trying to fix it.

I used to really love this place and recommend it to everyone but now I’m not so sure about it. Most of the vacuums don’t work or either aren’t turned on and the rags/spray to wipe down the inside of your car are never stocked on the carts anymore. Don't know if it’s a current management issue (like I said, it hasn’t always been like this) but I pay $40 a month for a membership here and feel like I haven’t been getting my monies worth lately. Thinking about switching to another local car wash.

Absolutely love visiting here! We travel to Charleston at least 2 times a month and this is the perfect place to get my car looking as good as new after those sandy beach trips. Tim and Chris were also super helpful signing me up for their monthly membership!

By far the most effective car wash I've ever been to. It was a little busy when I entered the line but the owner Josh had jumped in to help the team and was very hospitable and open to any questions I had while at the vacuums. Top notch spot with top notch service ?

Not many car wash places can get my tires to sparkle but Tidal Wave Can. Dalton (Staff) was very helpful with my membership services. Definitely l worth it

The car wash put scratches and a dent on my car. The establishment takes care to place its sign of having no liability after the attendant. Never again!

Guys did extra on pre wash, very good customer service! Much better than the one in Sumter! Excellent customer service and they really care about getting your car clean!
