Great dealership and purchase experience. Fred is an awesome salesman. Put me in the car I didn’t know I needed and patiently answered all my questions and attended to my needs throughout the purchase process. The salesman here really get you and don’t seem motivated just by money, but genuinely want to help. I’ve had many friends commitment to customer service, fair pricing, and great cars.

The maintenance dept is Absolutely TRASH.. My elderly parent has been waiting for a part for about 8 month.. Yes, 8 months.. Broken promises after broken promises.. They stated they are under new management but this team is not good ALSO. This set of staff members put their part on another vehicles...REALLY ?.. Now we have to reschedule again.? Do not ever take your car to Kia of orangeburg to get any kind of maintenance...

I had a 2017 Kia Sportage that was due for service. I moved pretty far from my previous dealership in Wilmington NC, and was looking to establish a "main" place for all of my service records, etc. Making an appointment online was easy, and wasn't nearly 2mos out like the other closest location. Claire and Mahogany in the service dept welcomed me right away, and there was barely any time before my car was up and being worked on. I had planned to wait until early 2025 to trade my Kia in for a newer model.
"While I was there" ... strolled over to the sales side, where I was greeted by Fredrick Wright. And I mean, just greeted, not pounced on like some sales folks tend to do. I told him what I was looking for, and he was very helpful. I got a very fair trade-in for my other car, they kept my new payment where I needed to be, and made the whole process simple. I even got a few moments with Alan Rhoad, the Sales Mgr and he was a pleasure as well. I'm so glad to have found this place. Worth the hour drive for this kind of service. Loving my new ride. Terrible all together, only 1 tech working. Can’t get a simple service even with the appointment set online. Times pushed up to 4:30 as if you don’t have a job to get off first
