Service drops completely randomly, and you don't get anywhere near the speed you pay for. It feels like using dialup in 2023. This is the 21st century, the internet is critical infrastructure, how do you mess it up this badly?

Well..a month and couple weeks ago..my NEW phone went baserk && their assistance with maintenance of my phone was DEPLORABLE...I just got that phone like 3 months ago && these ppl had no RESOLUTION but to tell a customer->(ME) that they don't fix phones call in for an insurance claim...Long story short.. CUSTOMER SERVICE is ?-(trash)..every department including the techs were just UGGGHHH..I had to send my phone to the manufacturer to get fix && of course SPECTRUM don't do the loaner phones..so I purchase another phone until my phone got sent to another state to get fixed. SIDE*EYE to SPECTRUM..the money grubbing, unprofessional ppl...WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!..DO BETTER PPL

God awful ? customer service. My cable box went out and would not power on. I took the box back to the store and the associates waited until I signed in to kick my wife and I out the store saying they were close. We are completely done with spectrum.

Not at all as advertised. Cable is out on a regular bases and the same with the internet. Seems like there always are issues in my neighborhood, they are always “working to get it fixed”. Wish I could get some other service provider but unfortunately the only other options available is dish and apparently that’s not any better.

Excellent customer service especially Regina, very friendly very knowledgeable and makes sure u understand what to do before u leave. All done with a wonderful personality and smile. I would wait in line for her, she took lessons from Chick-fil-A ‼️
