TV won't boot up. Still have internet but no tv channels. I'll try another carrier.

I gave this store a bad review along time ago. They have improved dramatically and I now do phone and internet with them and they are always fast, helpful and polite .

Needed help with setting up tv to internet and the young man was very knowledgeable and helpful
