The owner is cool. Chris will get you right or not do it. Just don't have black wheels. You'll have to have them refinished. Not the workers faults They need to up date there machines! With rim guards. ASAP.

I had tires done there one time and the lug nuts were put on way too tight because they have the air guns turned up with too much pressure. I bent my 4way tire wrench trying to get the lug nuts off and actually had to use a breaker bar with a cheater pipe and a socket to get them broken loose. So like an idiot I figure anybody can make a mistake I do a lot of times and went back there to get some new tires. I explained to them and the mechanic that last time the air guns were turned up way too high and to just put the lug nuts on snug not tight they told me they would watch out for that. I gave the mechanic at $10 tip before he did it just to make sure that he was cautious not to get them too tight. I went to put new brake pads on my truck and the lug nuts were too tight again one of the lug nuts were stripped off and we could not get it off with an impact wrench. Fortunately I was at a friend's house getting it done and he has a cutting torch and a plasma torch and all kinds of cold chisels which we had to use everything to get the nut off. It took us 2 hours and 45 minutes to get that one lug nut off. My rim looks terrible where we had to cut the lug nut out so I went back and talked to the Middle Eastern guy that I believe owns the place and he didn't care. He was trying to make up excuses about using air guns and I told him I know how to use an air gun and there's adjustment on the guns and they have it turned up with too much pressure which I mentioned before they did the job. All he could do is keep trying to make up excuses which I wasn't in the mood for because my rim looks like crap now where we had to cut that lug nut out. I wasn't asking for any money or a new rim nothing of the sort it would have been nice to get an apology but all he could do was make up excuses. Fortunately I know some really good decent Middle Eastern people so he's not the usual type of person most of them are decent people and that's how I judge people not by color or nationality but by what type of people they are because there's good and bad in everything. I will never go there again and if you go there and your lug bolts get messed up because they put the lug nuts on too tight that's your fault, because I'm writing review to tell you that they're going to mess it up because they refuse to turn their air guns down and they tighten the lug nuts way too tight they only have to be snug. I told him I needed back tires sometime this summer and I will go someplace else to get it done and he said good I don't want you to come here anyway so he really doesn't care and obviously neither do the mechanics. This is just a warning to everybody to be careful when you take your vehicle there and make sure they don't tighten the lug nuts down too tight

The owner was great but one of his employees loosen a valve stem on another one of my tires and then told me if I gave him $10 that he would fix it. Sabotage at its best..I caught him doing this and didn't give him nothing... and my lug nuts were very loose..after I had them put a new tire on for me. I will never go there ever again!!!!

If I could give no stars I would I bought what was supposed to be a brand new tire in August and it’s September and it’s bad. The owner told me something was wrong with my car got my car checked mechanic looked at the tire plus another tire shop and said my car is fine they sold me a bad tire!

I purchased what was suppose to be two brand new tires today. I went home and came back to Orangeburg only to hear the right side of the wheels on my car tapping. I look at my tires and they look used. I have purchased brand new tires before. I know what they are suppose to look like. I know these people didn’t mess up my wheels! Then I look at my rim on my car and it looked like I was dancing with the sidewalk. My rear tires don’t look like that since I didn’t get all four done, thank goodness. I know darn well my wheels never looked like that. I went back to Select for the owner to look at and listen to my car and he told me he was closed and never took time to listen to my car nor was concerned about my car. If this issue is not fixed, small claims court I will be going to. I spent my money with a company I thought operated with integrity, but then that was the previous ownership but since passed. I never experienced such unprofessionalism, ignorance in all my days.x I will also be doing a police report tomorrow, 07/27/2023. You shouldn’t have to stand over people to make sure they not ripping you off, doing damage to your automobile, or stealing from you. I will be going before city council about this business as well. How are they allowed to still operate. I wanted to add pictures but I will later.
