Took my car to the muffler shop for them to put a magnaflow on for me but they "didn't wanna mess with it" so I went to another muffler shop and they had me in-and-out in 30min. So don't go to Poosers for that, however The service shop is excellent. Oil changes, brake work, stuff like that. Those guys are great!

I’ve never had a better experience with any car place! I broke down 15 minutes from Pooser’s as I was driving to Alabama. I spoke to the owner and he had his tow truck picking us up within 20 minutes of calling them! We had kind of a tedious problem, but they worked to figure out a solution that prevented us from having to get the car towed 45 minutes to a dealership. They worked so promptly and efficiently. They truly care about getting the customer the best quality help. I was so impressed and would recommend Pooser’s to anyone. Every staff member we spoke to was so kind and helpful. If I lived near here, I would never take my car anywhere else!

I always have a good experience at "Pooser's whenever my car needs to be serviced or repaired. The staff is very nice & do a great job. The owners are Godly people and have been in business there for many years. They sell cars as well. It can be busy so I find it's best to call ahead first to see if they can see me that day. Last week I was in & out in less than an hour for an oil change & a sensor replacement in one of my tires. It did help that I came early in the day around 9 am. I don't have to worry about dishonesty, over charges or shoddy work there.
