Hello, I just want to say that I just left the Petsense on Chestnut and the young ladies in grooming were absolutely just wonderful very attentive to Service. They are just great. They absolutely do a fabulous job and so kind to the pets.

I am giving this store this rating not because of the employees! All people that work at this store are amazing, besides the one short chick in the groom area with short hair who always has an attitude...please fix the stores AC!!! I WILL NOT BE BRINGING MY ANIMAL NOR MYSELF until this company can stop with the band aids. I have been shopping here for awhile and every summer there is no AC. I can imagine the poor animals inside that building in that heat, yet alone the poor employees who have to work and deal with those conditions. This company needs to do better by their employees and animals.

I love the grooming department!!! All the ladies were nice and so helpful with what I wanted. Amy or Lauren, sorry I can’t remember which name is correct, lol was so nice and wonderful. Definitely will bring my fur baby back and it’s open on the weekends!

Well the store is half open when it supposed to be. I work and have been by there a couple times at 9am and store not open. How do y'all keep letting this happen? And been a few times and no one is to be seen and then the 2 managers decide to come out office when im ready to check out, y'all need to get it together.
