I went up to the store after I couldnt fand all my parts I was looking for at Autozone, Chris (employee) helped me find all the items I was looking for and even installed my wipers quickly as well!

When you call them the phone rings of 15 times every time you call and then there is someone that works in there. By the name of Zack, this boy is the epito me of rudeness and disrespect he told me he would give me an application so I can fill it out to answer the phone. Then when I talked to him? He was using a cussword every 2 and 3 minute. I say to the manager, this man is not a asset to your company. He is a liability, and for his rudeness and his disrespect. He shall be rewarded by god

The young man named ETHAN was amazing and gave us the absolute best 5-star rated customer service!! We are broken down and stranded on the side of the highway 12 hrs from home. Going on 1/2 hr sleep in last 48 hrs. And had to attempt sleeping sitting up in our packed car! Needless to say we were in desperate search for our light at the end of the tunnel! Just a small ray of sunshine, I didnt realize Ethan was going to be the one that was able to put a smile back on our face. Ethan eased our minds by helping us get everything we needed. Not just by simply throwing boxes of parts on the counter. He took the time to help dry fit all the parts we needed to make sure when we got back to our truck still on the side of the highway we would have everything we could possibly need! I very highly recommend you go see Ethan for all your repair needs! Amazing customer service and true professionalism!! AWSOME job Ethan you deserve to be recognized for your excellent work today!! Employee of the month right here!! ???

After getting sold the wrong brake pads I took them back only to be told the vehicle (mine) that I owned for 18 years didn't even exist. I told the girl several times to please check her information again because it was getting late and I desperately needed the part. After several attempts trying to get help I just asked for a refund and went next door to auto zone. O'Reilly's please hire people that at least can spell and look stuff upon a computer. I will never return to this store with these ignorant workers.. they just don't care to make sale. Minus 2 stars.

The associates I spoke to on the phone was rude and told me a time for pick up on a part. I show up to get the part and am told it'll be another hour. So I wait, then get told another hour. Eventually when I tell the worker they have lost my business I don't have time for this he tells me congratulations. Completely unprofessional and I've been shopping here for years as a mechanic. I am appalled absolutely disgusting service.

Even though they didn't have the part we needed, the man who helped us was very nice and let us know that it was a dealer part. Out of 4 different parts stores we went to, he was the only one who let us know.
