Rented a storage unit. Went to place. Lobby was closed could not use storage. Called and was told I had to wait until the next day. contacted them the next day to ask for a refund and still have not heard from anyone. Do not rent from them. I lost $120 dollars with no one returning my call.

Wasn’t told when I moved in that that it was a “move in special “. Price increased by $50.00 in just three months. Deceptive and ridiculously expensive.

The agent was polite, courteous, and very attentive. She listened well and responded to all of my questions & concerns. She took time to explain details about the contract, the storage unit, the procedure for storing & locking. I was quite pleased to have someone thorough and caring. I appreciate the kindness and time she spent to make certain that my needs were met.

Great experience. Kesha in particular was very personable and helpful with getting all the correct information for our unit and she walked us through the entire process to ensure we were comfortable with leaving our belongings with them. She’ll leave you with the best experience you could ask for. If you’re trying to find a unit near you, I wouldn’t think twice recommending this establishment.

Keesha was very polite and very knowledgeable. I was calling from Wisconsin and she helped me through the process of the reservation. She made sure that everything was correct and that I was OK before getting off the phone. Her customer service was phenomenal. Thank you, Keesha for all of your help!

All of my questions were answered prior to reserving the storage unit. As a result, the temperature controlled unit met my needs. Keisha at the St. Matthews location is top notch!!
