I rated my experience a 1. I had the IPAD for one day so far so good. The customer service is what ruined it for me. I called before I went there and I stated that I would be there in a few and she said okay. I think for me if she was doing this out of her home my expectation would be different. I was actually okay with waiting as it didn't take her a very long time. At the initial consult which was 11/18/2023. I was told that it would be completed by Tuesday 11/21/2023. I paused to think on it first but I was reassured that it would be complete so I left the tablet. On wed 11/22/2023 I called to see if the IPAD was complete and I received a text back that she was in an accident. Which I am sorry to hear and glad to know that she was in the number one more time but it was the response of being "considerate of my situation" and then " you can come pick it up when I open" there is a line between business and personal. I do understand that a IPAD is less important to her at the time but I was feeling like had I been contacted on the date that it was completed we wouldn't be bothering her the following day & of course not hearing from her raised a lot of anxiety for me as the customer because I don't know her personally and she really do seem like a sweet person. I just wish that that the business was properly ran such as hire another employee or have someone on stand by if she have something to do because when you are a business the expectation is different from someone that is operating outside of their home. Maybe offer 14 day warranty to customer just in case something goes wrong ( I have had many devices fixed not by her but I would go for a screen to be fixed and a few days later the speaker is gone, in my situation when I did appear to pick the tablet up I would have expected " I do apologize about the inconvenience this may have caused but I can reassure you that everything is working properly I greatly appreciate your patience. It was a very silent transaction. but as I stated earlier I had the ipad now 24 hours and so far so good. On 11/20/2023 there was a post made welcoming her new employee to the team so I was very much so unaware that she did not have any employees and when people are paying for services they expect to get good service as well. I was never rude to the young lady but only letting her know that as a BUSINESS OWNER you have to be able to separate business and personal. & again you can't inconvenience someone else that is paying you for full service and tell them to have empathy.I am really sorry about the accident that she said that she was in. However, there was no reassurance. It raised so many questions. I asked if one of her employees meet so that I can get the device it was for someone else and I had promised them that I would give it to them by a certain day and I explained that to her. I was never rude just making her aware that as a business owner I feel like she should have had a work around because if the device was supposedly completed on 11/21/2023 why did I not receive a call about it on that day so it made me believe that it wasn't done A good business owner going to say you know I am really sorry that this happen I will provide 5% off your next purchase (money is not the problem) but something to show that I didn't full-fill your request when I told you it would be. Again, she has to learn the difference between personable and business. Praying for a speedy recovery for her family

10/10 I recommend customer service IS A1 and it took her only 10 minutes to fix my screen more like 5 minutes she’s very sweet and awesome at what she do!!
