Customer service sucks. Shame on the cashier. Did not greet me, but did pause her conversation with whomever that was behind the register with her. Then picked up the conversation while I was processing my payment. Told the lady thank you even though she said absolutely nothing to me. Told her to have a good day, then she responds to me. Do better with your hiring. Damn!

Hard to find some products. But it's a fairly reasonable store to shop. The family dollar on Magnolia staff's attitude is so so.

Worst service ever! I shop frequently at family Dollar but this one had a terrible manager that would not honor my coupons. Don't shop with coupons here they don't help. The young lady try to ring up my items but manager was more worried about closing than helping a customer out.

I COMPLAIN TOO FAMILY DOLLAR STORES ABOUT PLACING CHIPS ON OUTSIDE IN FRONT OF STORE FOR ATTRACTION OF SALES. CHIPS AND THESE TYPES OF ITEMS ARE TO BE KEEP IN A COOL ENVIRONMENT, FOR FRESHNESS AND GOOD TASTE..... MY NEXT CALL WILL BE TOO THE CORP. OFFICE, WHO IS TELLING STAFF TO DO THIS ,,, REALLY CORP. DUH !!! COMMON SENSE WOULD HELP.....Also it was So Hot in the STORE IN WAS MELTING THE CANDY... NO AIR, AT ALL.. FAMILY DOLLAR WHAT'S GOING ON !!!
