Can't up load the pictures. They suck! They had my truck for 2 weeks, and couldn't fix one small dent correctly. Gave them a second chance to make it right, Nope! Couldn't do it. When ever you have a sign out in front of a business, make sure you can back it up with professional services.

Some customer service representatives friendly some not so friendly. Very poor communication when paying bill (fact). Very good work?? but terribly slow. After receiving the estimate, it was two weeks before work begins. Then one month to complete a medium size job (in my opinion.) No automobile accident. Damage from a jacknife tow trailer. Kinda pricey, but so is everything else in society. ?

First off they do not give you a free estimate. they charge 20.00 Cash, but don't take a debt card which is instant cash because it comes straight out of my bank account, Plus there would be a record of my transaction. If they do five estimates a day that's 100.00 they don't have to report to the IRS as income. (Tax Fraud). they didn't even give me a receipt for my $20.00 cash so no documentation that they got paid. second, when I first got there an older gentleman started my estimate the first thing that came out of his mouth was " We will have to REPLACE the right rear quarter Panel.I said yes that's what I thought too and this car has never been wreck and I don't want any body filler in my quarter panel. while he was doing the estimate a younger man came from out of the service area and over to the guy that was doing the estimate and they whispered to one another and I heard the young guy say "no we can repair the quarter panel". So then the older guy finishes the estimate and says ok I will go inside to write it up. so while he is doing the estimate he asks me if I still want him to write it up as replacing the quarter panel because his estimate is at $2900.00 now and he is not done and if he continues it may put it over the thresh hold to the insurance company totaling out the car. I told him to give me a minute I needed to step outside and make a phone call. when I returned I told him yes go ahead and write the estimate replacing the quarter panel. That's when another guy who was sitting at another desk who had nothing to do with my estimate rudely interrupted me and said "that's not the way it works, we write it up the way we see it and then we deal with the insurance company from there, and something about the law in South Carolina." I was already Pissed at this point so I just said " Ok". so when the guy who looked at my car and wrote the estimate, which has them repairing instead of replacing as originally stated my right rear quarter panel at $2900.00. he then said the estimate is twenty dollars. I had my debit card in my hand and he said we don't take debit cards, it's cash or check. who in todays world still writes checks? I opened my wallet and had fifteen dollars cash. I said I will have to go to the ATM. instead of him telling me that if they are doing the work on the car they can add the cost of the estimate to the Bill. I left and ran to the gas station up the street to pay a $2.00 fee to get them their $20.00. I went back to Dwight's and handed the man the twenty dollar bill got my estimate and went to the car. That's when I realized that if they wrote the estimate the way the guy who originally looked at my car and said they would have to replace my right rear quarter panel then that would probably total the car and they would only make $20.00 on this deal, but if they change their mind at the last minute to repairing it even though I am the CUSTOMER and I don't want body filler in my car then they can make $2900.00 off the insurance company, before they even tear the car apart. who knows what other hidden damage is done that they will try to piece together to get that check from the insurance company. They don't tell you anything about warranty of their work or anything. I had to call back when I got home and ask them about their warranty on their work. As of right now their customer service is questionable at best. I have a bad feeling about trusting this company with my car. If it were up to them they want you to call your insurance company tell them you want them to fix your car and then they deal with the insurance company from then on they don't care what you want as a customer they will do what the insurance company wants just so they get paid. Well to wrap this up. The insurance company will send me the check not them so unless it's what I want they don't get the check.

Very rude service. Took my truck after hitting a dear and would you know this facility gave me back my truck some 6wks later and btw, they had if for 6wks without so much as a call or message with any updates. They didn't start calling me until I called them like hey, it's been almost 2 months are you all every going to call me. Anyway, this facility damaged my truck almost as much as the deer. I still haven't gotten a call to let me know when they are going to fix what they broke. Smh and the service omg, the lady in there is the most rude individual ever and they charged my insurance company for things they did not fix or replaced or purchased. Total rip off. I questioned everything when I realized that. Never again!!!!
