Took my car there in May just recently got it back. Price jumped from 2,000 til 6,000. On top of that I got my car back n it was a scratch on it that wasn’t there before. Confront them about it n nothing was done. I always felt a weird vibe going in there,as if they are racist. I never had this problem with them with the other vehicles I had. They definitely don’t have to worry about me nomore!!!

Took 3 weeks for repairs. I don't suggest this place. Insurance chose this place vs Nissan dealer and repairs went from $995 to close to $3000. They didn't check out my car for an estimate but took photos instead. Front desk needs to be friendlier and at least smile

Owner was very kind. Looked at my truck that had a bent in frame, said he couldn't fix it himself and drove me to a guy who could. 10/10

I usually don’t do this type of review but I was very disappointed with Classic Collision. I took my car to be repaired and gave my car key with my remote start. Got my car key back but no remote start. I asked about it and was told they weren’t responsible for it and I should have taken it off but they would let me know if they find it. I called several days about it and asked to speak to a manager or the owner. I was told the manager wasn’t in and she would have the manager call me back. I never received that call not even an apology. Classic Collision knew they were wrong. I will never bring my car for repairs or recommend them for anything. I wish I read the other bad reviews before trusting them with my property.

Great collision repair center! Staff consistently provided updates and the repairs were completed before their estimated completion date. Rental vehicle can be dropped off with the front office when you pickup your car. Strongly recommend!

Thank you for fixing my car due to deer collision. I really appreciate how they responded and updated about the progress of the repair every 3days. They also finished my car a week earlier from the estimated date and that was undeniably incredible. The only things that I want you to improve are email replies and having empathy towards phone calls. But it is a 5 star for me. I will update you here after months on how the repairs will go. Thank you again CC!?
