Greetings to the readers,I can't just take on others experiences. I know reality through my own experience. The pharmacy staff is amazing! Every time I am there, I am treated with respect and promptness. They work sometimes under a lot of pressure but they never seem to loose their patience. 5 Stars it is!.Pharmacist Kim, Christine and Keira were amazing this morning. Thank you!

3 times I've been to this location, 2 items the first time I purchased were past their expiration date. 2nd time I bought facial cream that was over a YEAR out of date. Today I spent an extra $9.00 for a bottle of wine, only to avoid the lines at Walmart, to get home and THE WINE was dark and HAD a horrible taste. Do not shop this CVS, it is HORRIBLE. EXPIRED MEDICATIONS, HIGHER PRICES which ARE NOT CONVENIENT, IT IS OLD PRODUCTS with atleast $10.00 added to Walmart's prices. ATLEAST WALMART IS FRESH.

Almost nonexistent staff. The store is messy and unorganized. The stock is empty half the time. They have teenagers who are on their phones staffing the store. Parking lot is covered with potholes. The restrooms are nasty. Not very handicap accessible. I would recommend you go anywhere else. It was all around a terrible experience.

How can I give less than zero stars? That should be an option. The pharmacy is never open, when it is, they are closed during the middle of the day and they close before most people can get there.If, by chance, you can get them to be open during a real time, the prescriptions are never ready and the people that work there are beyond rude to you , as if it's not their job to fill prescriptions.Definitely just go to Walgreens or Amazon pharmacy and save yourself some headaches.This place is trash.

HORRIBLE PHARMACY. I could be here all day explaining why I hate coming here. I went to pick up my 5m Old baby's medicine after waiting 2 hrs in Orangeburg for it to be ready.. get to the window for her to tell me they don't have it. That I could go to the other cvs. Tried calling them waited for over 15 mins for them to answer so I decided to just go there. They didn't have it either. They told me if I found a pharmacy I could get that pharmacy to request it. I'm already aggravated I went home. Found a pharmacy that had it but they needed the MG. Called cvs again 3 times and got hung up on after waiting forever. Absolutely ridiculous.

CVS pharmacy did a wonderful job! They called another pharmacy who could not fill our order to get our order sent over. We had waited so long at doctor’s care and I knew I probably would have a long wait getting medicine— but those girls got right on it and we got our medicine in short order. Thank you to those pharmacists! My daughter was so sick and we needed to get home.

By far the rudest staff is known to mankind. The pharmacist is incompetent and wouldn't release my medication to Walmart which was a timely medication that needed to be released to be filled. I believe because they are so short staff he didn’t want to take the time to send the drug over or just wanted to give me a hard time. It’s been one thing after another with these guys. I have never seen anything like it.

Pharmacy staff including Pharmacist and Manager is rude, incompetent, and unprofessional. The Pharmacy did not fill my prescription correctly and refused to admit or acknowledge they had made a mistake. Terrible customer service. Thankfully I was able to change Pharmacies and have my prescription filled correctly.

Horrible, absolutely horrible. Every time I go in they always they don’t have my prescription or my refills, when they finally check the computers after showing that I in fact have that perception, they say it won’t be ready for 15 mins (usually wait 30). This time I went in, got told I didn’t have my prescription, finally got them to check and they told me that it wouldn’t be ready till after lunch (they didn’t shut down until 1:30 and I arrived at 12:50) and due to my job hours they wouldn’t be open. This caused a medical emergency that made me leave my job for the day. I will be switch pharmacies and reporting to corporate, I really do wonder who else has been severely effected by the indolence and negligence behavior of this horrid staff.

Some are unprofessional and rude as I have been treated as if I was an undesirable element.. But some are polite. Sometimes they seem unhappy to have business. They argue with each other when customers are present. And on another instance, I don't understand how a discount card can knock off $200 or more $. I wonder if some are skimming.

The service from the CVS Pharmacy staff was very unprofessional. I was the next car in line in the drive through before 8:00 p.m. and the young man that was at the window closed the window down in my face without having the common courtesy of saying the pharmacy is now closed. I went in the store to speak with a manager about it and he stated that the pharmacy closed at 8:00 p.m., it doesn't matter if you're waiting in line or not. What kind of customer service is this? I understand the pharmacy closes at 8:00 p.m., but have the common courtesy to say that without slamming the window down in a customer's face. I was not even acknowledged. According to the gentleman at the window it is CVS's policy to close the pharmacy down at exactly 8:00 p.m. even if customers are waiting. I was picking up medication for a family member that just got out of the hospital this evening and now she has no medication for the night.

I really enjoy this store and the employees. They are all super friendly and helpful. Kudos to Timothy, store manager. He makes things right.
