The best thing about Badcock was the delivery guys, sad thing they delivering junk.The $550.00 washing machine stop working after a few months.Items might last you 6 months or a year. Good luck but shop around, look and put your hands on Items look at reviews but keep in mind that the positive reviews might be friends and family.

The furniture I purchased was no good. It started peeling. No one sat on it. The set that was in my den did the same thing. I had a warranty. They didn't replace the furniture like they said. I contacted several people and the final results were $100 off if I purchased something over $2000

I spent $500 on a television brand new 1 year later the tv is displaying a message on the front but does not work so that tells me it was a bad tv from the start. They would not refund me nor send a technician out.

I bought some furniture from the store and was quite happy with the professionalism shown by the sales staff. While I was waiting I noticed how they treated each customer as they entered the store. Didn't matter black or white everybody got the same respect. Even when people came in screaming they handled it like professionals. I've been in a few times since then and still get and see the same treatment. I will continue to do business with them, and I highly recommend them.

They terminated all the Afro Americans, Jack and Kenya were some very nice and polite workers. Badcock has a lot of Afro American customers, they want our business but don't want to hire us.They were always kind to a lot of customers, they sold me all of my furniture and did a dam good job to. I miss Jack and Kenya!

I came in and ordered my bedroom set. They said it was be on back order. I waited two months for them to get it in stock. I received a call that they would deliver my bedroom set. I told them someone would be home but I wouldn’t be there. By the time I got home. Only the headboard and front board . Also a Bench was delivered. I called and I asked why everything wasn’t delivered at one time. They told me because it hasn’t came in yet. That soon as it come in we will deliver it at no cost.But that was in August and it’s going to December 2021!!!If they didn’t have all they should’ve never delivered half.I am very disappointed!

Can not recommend these guys more!!! Great customer service. Wasn't sure what I was doing and looking for and I was helped with everything. Great quality for the money too!! Got a bunk bed for my daughter and she is so happy. Thank you guys so much.

Disgusting behavior from KENYA GREEN (Sales Lead) at the Orangeburg location! She is a rude, uneducated and very nasty person (both inside and out) and should be fired for how she spoke to me (in front of my 13 year old daughter I might add). I have shopped at several other locations and was pleased with the service, so this terrible and TOTALLY ACCURATE review is only for the Orangeburg location and KENYA GREEN.

Very disappointed. Got a brand new refrigerator had to pick up. Took it home a it didn't work. Was supposed to wait 3 more days for a new one.AND I WOULD HAVE TO PICK IT UP.!!! OR PAY 125 DOLLARS. ???

I think the sales guy was Jack very friendly and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. They even let me buy the recliner that was on the sales floor instead of waiting on one to come in.

Will never buy from them again. Sofa is broken. Say they’re going to fix it. Call multiple times. Say they are coming to pick it up, take off work to be there, they don’t show up or call. Finally after I call to inquire they come and pick it up on a Tuesday and it won’t be fixed until the following Monday. Never an apology. Blame it on lack of communication with other employees. Need some customer service training and communication skills.
