My windshield wiper flew off while I was driving home from Hilton Head to Knoxville. The guy was so nice and put a new one on ! Saved me !!!

If I could give a -0 stars I would. Waited 2hrs in this store only for them to put the WRONG battery in my car. The girl didn't know what she was doing and originally got the wrong battery. The guy came and helped her and got the wrong battery AGAIN!!

Bagisha Nickels helped me figure out what I needed for my truck. She maintained a pleasant and cheerful attitude throughout the entire interaction. I was told that she’ll be right back and she returned with everything I needed. Great example of service!

So you know those lovely stories about complete strangers helping other people? We just experienced one. This lovely gentleman Larry Sims from Orangeburg SC took time out of his day to help us in a desperate situation. We had been on the road all day when suddenly my car started acting up bad. We managed to limp to the nearest Auto Zone where we received the usual fantastic service and a bit more ? Mr. Sims happened to be standing in line next to us and jumped in on our conversation helping to diagnose our problem and offering advice along with the ever helpful sales staff. So we buy our parts and borrow some tools ( a fantastic service offered by Auto Zone) and step out to start repairs. We were replacing one of the ignition coils but they weren't labeled. Which one was number 3? Along come Larry who takes even more time out of his day to help a couple of weary stranded travelers. He proceeds to teach us how to know which coil is bad the "old school way". Soon everything is fixed but before we parted ways I had to snap a couple of pics so I could post a heart felt thanks.Mr. Larry Sims the world could definitely use a lot more people like you! Thank you so much for your help and sharing your knowledge with us. You are truly a kind soul. May God bless you for it.

Need to work on the customer service Yolanda or Yoshida whatever her name was was standing talking on the phone with another customer that called after I needed assistance. She acted like she didn't notice me at all so I ended up going to another register and then she assisted the person behind me immediately. That's very distasteful and rude. The other employees seem like they were too busy to help me except for two who went out to check my car battery, the guy who ended up serving me probably noticed I was getting irritated so he treated me a little better. My first time in here, I did not like it

Pretty busy and way understaffed. Everyone moves slow around here so make sure you plan your day around this stop.

Kat at Autozone was amazing. She was able to assist my mother in law. She was attentive and provided great service with the install of a new battery and replacement of the battery terminal. Quality customer service is becoming more rare, but we are appreciative.

I went in today to get an engine light check and talk with someone with experience on vehicles about the p0113 code..the black short haired that ran the report couldn't hardly read it and when I spoke with the supposedly asst.manager with dreads he asked what I wanted him to do about it..I said nothing because you don't know anything. My suggestion to these businesses is to at least hire one person with knowledge then the rest can stock shelves or take out trash. I had to call another county and franchise to speak with someone with experience and get my part. Won't go back to this ignorant, disrespectful store.
