i call daily to check on my car they kept saying it’ll be ready tomorrow then when tomorrow get here it’s another excuse. still have t drove the car yet don’t recommend.

I’m so happy I chose Automaxx, after 5 days of driving my car, I decided it wasn’t the one.. thankfully Automaxx has a 7 day exchange I finally found the right vehicle for me. Justin & Chris were outstanding.. justin really helped me make the right decision I’m glad he is my salesperson.. I highly recommend him and Automaxx!!

This place is tough to deal with. Ron DOES NOT communicate well at all. I had to show up three times to get promised work done and on the third time they did it. Alfredo the body guy is great! He should be running the show. When the work was done and I went to pay and get receipts and warranty, Ron flat out told me he would not stand behind his work.Ron (the owner) needs some bed side manners and start living up to his word. will NOT be coming back! Avoid if at all possible! And if you have to use this place please by pass Ron and deal with Freddy!

It’s crazy how I had the car a year and was unable to drive but only 5 months and that’s because it was hot mess. You just make the car look nice on the outside. They lied on me about payments and constantly called me about the key once the car went back.if it was up to me you would have never gotten that key back
