“I’ve never had a better experience with any car place! I broke down 15 minutes from Pooser’s as I was driving to Alabama. I spoke to the owner and he had his tow truck picking us up within 20 minutes of calling them! We had kind of a tedious problem, but they worked to figure out a solution that prevented us from having to get the car towed 45 minutes to a dealership. They worked so promptly and efficiently. They truly care about getting the customer the best quality help. I was so impressed and would recommend Pooser’s to anyone. Every staff member we spoke to was so kind and helpful. If I lived near here, I would never take my car anywhere else!”

“My car broke on my way to Greenville in Orangeburg on a Saturday. Went here and bought an alternator. They told me I could bring the old one back for $50 back. They were closed on Sunday when I got back home I mailed the old one back and they put the money right back on my card. Great customer service !!”

“Couple yrs ago, I was in a hurry to find a place that could order a hitch for our car and other places couldn't even check on my car.Napa, did it. The guy that helped me at that time went out the car, check everything and order the part and called me when the part was at the store to pickup.Today 06/16/21 I stopped by the store this morning, this older guy, very,very kind helped me and i was askin g for a hitch again because I trust them and this man also came outside, check the car and he order what I need.He was gentleman, opening door for me, very sweet and kind. Truly recommend this auto part Napa .”

“My husband and I were traveling home to KY from our fall vacation when we started having problems with our truck. I googled the nearest Chevrolet dealer and, thankfully, Fairey Chevrolet popped up. They got the truck in immediately and discovered the problem. We had to spend the night in Orangeburg, and Fairey Chevrolet provided transportation for us to a restaurant and to a hotel for the night. This is southern hospitality at its finest! “My husband was on his way home to Florida from Charlotte and broke down at a gas station. Being that he has a 5500 flatbed it is very hard to find a tow company, he was referred to Stillinger for the tow and then we found that they also service heavy duty trucks.
We have had so many issues with dealerships, or even finding a shop that can handle heavy duty trucks. We’re so happy to find them! They were able to get his truck back up at half the price, with better customer service and overall service on his truck.
We will definitely take that 4 hour drive back to them for all of our service needs in the future!”
