I am sick of USPS losing my packages. EVERY time I order something it comes up lost or missing. Why have a tracking number? I have complained to both the business using USPS, (in this case it was Amazon), and to the Post Office with no results. I call the US Postal service also to voice my complaint. After filling a complaint, I receive the last this on the tracking number.

For the second time in a single year I mailed my mother a Card that she never got! This has NEVER happened to me, but TWICE since she lived in Florence, AZ. WTH??????

Overnight delivery guaranteed yeah whatever... failed the delivery guaranteed. I got my package 2 days late and the post office refuses to refund the postage.. the federal government taxes us to death and then robs us.. keeping my postage is theft..

It's Monday morning and I am back to taking care of business. I have something that I was not able to mail over the weekend because usps business hours. It would help so many if the post office open earlier on Monday morning. I use the self checkout which was helpful for this transaction. The times I have interacted with the staff here it was a friendly proceeding.

One of the bigger post offices located in town. Employees are very helpful and efficient In helping you send off your packages! Most of the time all the counters are open and service is very quick. They also have a self help desk where you can pay and ship your own packages. Highly impressed with this federal run facility.
