I recently had the experience of using Floyd Funeral Home's services when my mom died. They were kind and courteous from the first encounter. When they came to the house to pick up her body, they were very patient and kind while waiting on family members to arrive and say goodbye. They were very easy to talk with and plan her services. Their choices for everything we needed were perfect. They made her look beautiful after a very long illness. The whole staff at Floyd Funeral were very thoughtful and handled everything and everyone with great respect and have checked on the family several times since.
They also provided us with several keepsake options.
The whole family had a very good experience with Floyd Funeral Home.

Though their services have been amazing to both sides on my mother's side of my family in the course of some decades they've been operating... minus one star for the results of preparing my late aunt's shell of what had once contained her life back in late 2016.

I cannot find enough fabulous words to tell you how amazing it was working with Kell and Cissy (I hope I spelled that correctly)!
