I wish I could give zero stars, I made an appointment on the Walgreens website to get my free Covid 19 shot under the bridge access program, I have no health insurance. I went in and was told that I had to pay $184.99 for the shot because I wasn’t covered. I told the staff there that it shows no cost to me from their website, not to mention when I checked in with Londa (pharmacy staff) she had just told me that it was no charge. The staff that there was so rude, and the one woman (I believe her name is Ashley, Caucasian woman) walked off while I was in mid conversation with her. They have no customer service skills there. Needless to say I went to CVS and got my free shot. I’m very disappointed with this Walgreens pharmacy, I will NEVER go back there.

When we first moved here in 2020 we hated this was our best option but let me tell you they have turned this around this past year! More staff, happier staff, helpful pleasant folks. Efficiency has improved exponentially and the store is always clean and well stocked. Well done guys we appreciate it!

RUDE!!!! Had to call in a prescription in the evening for an antibiotic through GoodRX to have filled at Walgreen's. The next day I got an email stating that I needed to call because they coudn't fill it as they don't accept my insurance. I called them and stated that I didn't care. I would pay for it. I asked if it was ready and she said "NO" that it would be ready in 1-2 hours. She hung up without saying goodbye. When I arrived at the store, the same lady was at the checkout. She took my card and coupon from GoodRX. I asked a question about an allergy I have to certain antibiotics and she looked at me like I had 3 heads. She then asked the pharmacist, who gave the same look. The pharmacist then said that this isn't that type of antibiotic. I advised her that I just wanted to make sure as I am highly allergic. She just shook her head. I completely the transaction and she nearly throw the bag at me. Moving all our business to CVS!!!

We waited for over an hour for my wife’s prescription to be filled after her surgery, then they told us we have to wait another two hours. We live an hour away and the lady stated “Not my problem”.

I went here the other day and purchased 3 bags cough drops and a bag of candy which were all suppose to be on sale. The clerk ran it up and it came to 34.99 I said to my husband I don’t think this is right then looked at receipt in car and saw they charged me twice for one of the bags of cough drops and they overcharged me in the other items. I went back in and the clerk that overcharged me was busy so I got a different clerk she argued that the prices were right then she finally noticed I was charged twice for cough drops so after much arguing she gave me most of the money back but I still think she shorted me by 3.00! Every time I’ve went here the sale items never ring up the sale price. I will never go there again.

Fast in and out. Great Buys does not gave presents with buys as promised use other Walgreens stores for this.

Avoid this store I recieved a pickup notice in my text messaging. Arrived at store to find out. Pharmacy closed due to staffing. Third time. It happened to me. 3 strikes. Your out. Moving all my business to cvs. No more of my money. I was getting 6 prescriptions filled on a monthly basis. Now I'll get them at cvs.

So we scheduled my kid for an appointment for a COVID shot at 350 got there 15 minutes early did all the paperwork and then waited for 45 minutes before some asked us what we were waiting for and had to start the process over providing all the information we had given them.

Rude employees and the Pharmacy is closed at odd hours outside of their lunch break. Does Walgreens care about their reputation ? ?

The employees in the pharmacy department are very rude. This includes the pharmacy manager. We needed a prescription quickly due to cancer surgery and the pharmacy manager made us wait three hours. Told us there are lots of people who need their medicine and we would just have to wait. Do not go to Walgreens. Go to Beaufort Drug Company.
