I was having a horrible day before coming into this Verizon store. My phone wouldn't charge and I was so stressed out. I was welcomed in by Jeff H and he was so kind and professional. I ended up buying a new phone and Jeff made the whole process fun and painless. He walked me through each step and made sure I was well taken care of. We also had some assistance from Marco who was equally as wonderful. I highly recommend this store especially if you are lucky enough to be helped by Jeff and Marco.

I worked with Kaitlyn Nagel and if I could give her 10* I would! She was so knowledgeable and did not give up helping me when I desperately needed it for changes to our plan. It was a Sunday evening when I realized that my phone died. No signal, it wouldn't take a charge, no response in spite of some troubleshooting I did online.
Mercedes and Charles came to my rescue, and with painstaking effort, they were able to troubleshoot and recover at least some of my information online. I walked out of the store with a new device and most of my sanity intact.
It is difficult to "start over", but when your existing device isn't available to transfer information, it takes some patience and expertise to salvage what you can.
I'm so grateful to this team for their professionalism and support!

I couldn’t have had a better experience at Verizon with Reese – she is one of the best customer service people I have dealt with at Verizon. She made creating a new account and moving my phone number over a breeze – I don’t know what I would’ve done without her. Always stressful dealing with phone issues but she made the process easy. Highly recommend her!
