Im on need to send package for my military husband who is deployed I never do before,I went to there because I have been in other usps near my home and the peoples are no friendly and no speak with you and the girls on that location are amazing, they explained for me, I was pleased with such good customer service, now I keep visiting frequently, feel really welcomed ?

I am writing to rave about our mail carrier, Andrew. He goes above and beyond the call of duty with a calm, friendly and professional manner. I think this post office gets knocked a bit but I am very grateful that Andrew is on our route. 10 stars if I could.

Wish I had his name, but he’s very friendly and nice! Always has a great attitude and even says THANK YOU when I am the one dropping off pre labeled packages (of course I say thank you back because really THANK YOU!!) I appreciate great customer service. I use to work customer service and it is not easy but regardless I always made sure to have a great attitude and help Customers. Even if the one before them where unpleasant.

Very rude worker who simply stares at you instead of asking what you need. No greetings or smiles and sarcastic - unprofessional treatment of customers. Won’t go back.

I was in and out pretty quickly. They seem to offer many if not all of the services that a normal Post Office would. They are just inside a cleaning and altercation place. The reason for the low rating is because I saw that they open at 9am yesterday morning so i was there at 8.50. Very quickly grew a line outside of the store filled with many people who had packages and mail to send out. Many people ended up just leaving due to the lights being off and store being closed. Patrons tried calling the store with no answer. The owner of the Cleaning Store pulled into the parking lot at 9.20 with the store to open up and start operating 5-10 minutes after. I feel as though running a small business it is acceptable to maybe has weird or obscure business hours as welling as seldom opening up late/closing early, but when operating under a "federal agency" I would expect that a certain level of care and timeliness would be paramount.
