I purchased a 2023 Chevrolet Traverse in February 2023. It has 2440 miles and makes a loud noise. My husband called the salesman we brought the Traverse from, letting him know we were driving from Savannah to get the car checked out. We arrived at about 4:40 we walked into the service department where about four people were sitting there. We explained that we were bringing the car because it was making a loud noise. The service advisor Casey said we can not look at it we are about to close in a very condescending way. My husband said, "I wish someone would have told us that before we drove over here. Then she asked if could we leave the car I asked if they had a loaner because we did not have a way to get back to Savannah. She said no about this time I was not happy so I stepped out to call GM customer service and my husband stayed in there. Finally, a mechanic comes out and test drives the car while I am on the phone with GM. The mechanic comes back and states that the left front wheel hub is going out. I immediately asked if they could get us a rental car because I did not think it was safe for me to drive. I was told that the "vehicle is safe to drive at this time" whatever that means because the part was on backorder. GM told me that I could rent a car and they would reimburse me. Why would I pay a car note and rent a car for them to reimburse me? The customer service at Mike Reichenbach is HORRIBLE they do not even stand behind the products they sell. There is no way I would have a customer that just purchased a new vehicle from my lot drive home over 45 miles in a vehicle that sounds like a tractor because the wheel hub is going out in a vehicle that has less than 2500 miles! I still do not have another vehicle and paying for a new car that sounds like a clunker. I will be contacting my attorney and news affiliates to help assist me in this matter.

My truck had a wheel bearing go bad on a Thursday night and I needed to get home to Virginia by Monday. The truck was not safe to drive home that far. Called Friday morning and by 11:30am my truck was fixed. The service department was so very helpful. They even took the time to do a warranty recall on my passenger side airbag. Do highly recommend this service center

Paid nearly $900 to have ac repaired on a work van and still doesn’t work like it used to, the first time I called I was told they would charge me $220 to check what was going on and was told it was the compressor, they replaced it. I pick it up and it still wasn’t cooling like it used to so I took it back and had to call back several times to check up on it because the mechanic was always at “lunch” every time I called. After after 4-5 days of waiting and calling back and forth they told me hoses were leaking for the refrigerant which they didn’t tell me that the first day I paid the $220. Very, very disappointed. Wouldn’t recommend coming here for any ac issues.Service: Air conditioning

Go here instead of Vaden. Vaden is terrible and everyone knows it. Mike Reichenbach treated me like a valued customer and went above and beyond to try to get my repairs covered by warranty. Vaden doesn't know the meaning of the words courtesy and respect. I'll drive out of town to Mikes instead of showing my face in the Vaden across the street or any Vaden ever.

Got myself into a really tough spot traveling from Beaufort, SC to Atl. My car broke down on the side of the road. Thankfully it was just across the way from Mike Reichenbach Chevy. I was completely stranded and the service center was already backed up for several days. Rather than leave me hanging, the guys at Mike Reichenbachs took my car in the back got it diagnosed and had me back on the road with in an hour. Very thankful to the service and management staff. You can tell they really care about their customers and would recommend doing business with them to anybody!!

I was at this dealership a few weeks back and did not have a real good experience but after talking to manager Steve he made a wrong into a right. Second time there was very good, service was fast and work on my Tahoe was done quickly. Thank you to Steve and all involved in getting my brakes down quickly for me.
