Deceptive business practices. Typical dealership service center, up charging for unnecessary service rather than doing only what was requested by the vehicle owner. Although I agreed to the repairs performed, it was implied to be part of the service package I agreed to .... In the end, I got got. Won't happen again. Go literally anywhere else if you like your money

This is by far the best dealership I have ever did business with over the years. They were attentive and honest and not pushy. The sales person I met with Trent did an excellent job in the whole process and wanted to ensure I was happy with my purchase. I will come here again even though I live many states away.

This visit was above and beyond the expectations. Our Blazer broke down on a Saturday on the way to vacation. After a quick OnStar tow, the service department checked the problem and repaired our car and put us on the way again. That was after us realizing the car may have to stay at the dealer until Monday. What a great job by everyone. THANK YOU

Easy to find the entrance of the building for service. Was greeted kindly and asked how they could help. The general manager came around giving greetings. A reasonable amount of time to do the work. Gave me a reason to come back again.

The repair was completed. I was disappointed that the repair was not done in one day. I also think that your clients would appreciate a free detailing and car wash when that occurs. My dealership back in Ohio always washed my car and had it looking perfect. I just think to help your customer service that would be a winner for most owners. I do appreciate the service.

Visiting from PA and my Tahoe broke down the day before we were supposed to go home. Sean in service worked very hard to diagnose the issue as quickly as possible. When they discovered they needed to special order a piece for the fix, he kept me informed and let me know the fix would be done the following day. Sure enough (with my luck) the delivery truck broke down with that part in Savannah… Sean drove to Savannah to pick up the part and get my car fixed! He knew I would have no where to stay and we all needed to get home for work. Service team gets 100 stars from me! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Trent is a wonderful person I have bought several vehicles from him, he remembered my kids and wife's name like we were long time friends. He has earned my business for life and honestly Chevy isn't even my favorite vechile I buy from Trent.

The service department has a difficult time managing the expectations of the customer. In my case, I ordered a Retractable Tonneau Cover for my truck. I was informed it would take about 2 hours. I told them I would wait for it there in the customer lounge.
At no point during that time did anyone provide me with an update. After 2 1/2 hrs I went to the service counter to get an update and was told it was going to take several more hours because there was wiring involved. I asked why that wasn't determined before they made the appointment for me. That would have been very helpful. After another 30 min, I was offered their "service" vehicle to use until my truck was finished. It was an older Malibu that was not clean, but at least I didn't have to sit in the lounge and wait. For that, I was grateful.
The other reason they need to manage customers' expectations better was the cost! What I thought would be a couple hours of labor turned into a $711 bill. That was well outside of what I expected to pay to have the Tonneau cover installed.
The service department needs to do a better job of assessing the amount of time a job will take to complete a job, in order for the customer to have a realistic expectation of cost as well as keeping customers updated on the status of the work whether they're waiting in the lounge or not.

We are extremely thankful for this service department! My family and I were traveling for vacation early this morning. We were 3 hours away from home and 4 hours until our destination when our truck started shaking and all the lights on the dash cut on. We immediately pulled over and found this dealership who was extremely business for a Saturday and honestly probably shouldn’t have helped us with their pre scheduled worked load, however, they didn’t even hesitate! They took our truck back and began to find the problem immediately so that we could get back on the road. They worked diligently and efficiently. They are the epitome of customer service! Thank you so much for helping us out today! We are so grateful!

I made my apt.I went in and was out within 1 hour of arriving . I am totally satisfied and the shop manager always ensures I'm taken care of . Great place to get your oil changed.
