“From my experience, this is the best self-service car wash in the area. They have newer/well maintained equipment and the spaces for post-tunnel drying/ vacuuming are sizable and plenteous (I've never waited for one even after being 8 deep waiting to use the tunnel).
The staff are courteouse and the site manager, Tiffany, is keeping the standards up. I have a membership for their Graph-X4 service and the tunnel does an exellect job cleaning/ shining/ drying my mid-size crossover. I've been using this location since the vehicle was new in 2021 (and before it was a Tidal Wave) and I see no evidence of damage to the finish from the process.
In particular I appreciate the compressed air to blast out dust from those nooks and crannies in the interior and the water that collects in the seams between panels and trim on the exterior. Too, the vacuums have great power.
My only ding, and it is slight, is that occasionally the supplied towels for drying can be a bit more than damp (damp being preferred for the microfiber they use). But that's getting nit-picky.
I've been to the newer Tidal Wave location on the island and the tunnel works great, but the post-tunnel experience is better in Bluffton (compressed air, better vacuum hose reach, towels at every stall).
All that to say this, if you've not been yet, give them a try. I can't see you regretting it.”

“My first time. It was pretty easy and all automated. Didn't get my car completely clean. Still had some bug residue left. But we had just gotten back from a 400 mile car trip...so maybe it was more than the car wash can handle. I'd go back and try them another time.”
“I always use Sportwash to wash my work van and my truck. It's always clean and in good condition. I had an issue when I put the coins in the sprayer today and it wouldn't start. I called them, gave them a little information and they are sending a refund for the money I put in the machine.”

“This is a good stop. Very clean. Has all the food and snacks. Hot food, sandwiches, frozen yogurt, coffees, etc. Has alcohol and basic household and car items. Has a nice seating area to eat. They even have the 3 in 1 faucets in the bathroom!But, I could have done my taxes and a load of laundry in the time it took to pump 10.242 gallons of fuel. ⛽️. At least I can order my food while I wait! … I went to the tacos shop next door, they had one person ahead of us and NOT a single other customer. We waked out because they were just chatting and were taking forever.”

“I'd give this store 5stars if it wasn't for sorry little fat punk that works the night shift. He has a really bad attitude and absolutely no people skills. I seriously wanted to pull him over the counter and give him the beating that his parents obviously failed to give him. He is rude,disrespectful, and very unhelpful. Which is completely opposite of the rest of the crew here. As a business owner myself. I must say I would never hired somebody that is lacking in all these aspects to work in a customer service position. It makes the store look bad, and it doesn't say much for the management!”

“I love Enmarket as much for the app as much as anything along with always being well lit and typically clean. I love being able to pay for my gas from my phone. I will drive further just to be able to do that.”
