I hate Walmart but this one esp. I went a little later hoping there wouldn't be as many people but nope lol. There is never room to walk and shop people and employees are everywhere just standing in the way. The isles are so small just super crowded. I know it's petty to review a Walmart but this one just sucks sooo bad I always leave in a bad mood.

These people do not want to work, they close everything all the time, the money store, The paint department, the clothes department, and it's not all because of Covid, Because this stuff was going on before.......they don't even answer the phone. It's not the people out on the floor or the upper management but the people like in customer service that are supposed to be the middleman answering the phone and running things upfront

This store is a joke The manager of the store obviously does not care about his or her store at all allowing their associates to treat people like crap and not do anything about it I understand that their jobs are a little crazy right now and maybe I wasn't a priority to them but to mumble under your breath while walking away for me cursing me out basically is not right This was not the first time I've had a hard time with this Walmart they are all just so rude I would avoid this Walmart there is one down the street across from the Tanger outlets and they are delightful

Amazed at how little Walmart has here... we forgot a few key items on our trip down, one of the major ones being a ice tea maker (we live on ice tea). This Walmart had never even heard of such a thing. Makes me wonder what else they're missing.. it was also a challenge to find a pitcher for tea made the old fashioned way. We found one option.

When I tell you that I had a bad experience, this is a complete understatement...At approx 5:50pm, my family visited the WalMart here. Upon arriving home, I realized that we left a pack of Tylenol there at the store. So I went back to the Customer Service to explain the situation. Upon explaining the issue, their employee, Iveth, was very unprofessional and rude...I was unaware that I had the wrong SKU number but the way her attitude was it made me highly uncomfortable. So after getting the correct item, I went home. So after 15 minutes arriving home, I was unaware that an entire bag was left at the store (2 packs of lasagna and a pack of trash bags); so I went back to Wal-Mart again where I was greeted again by Iveth who instead of telling me to get the Loss Prevention manager, I get a bunch of unnecessary remarks that wasn't helpful at all. Then she got Jennifer, a supervisor (yellow vest) who I gave the receipt to who then stated, let me check the SKU number...so I waited for 15 minutes so when I saw her and asked her about the receipt , she answered with a negative tone, "I do t have your receipt, the Loss Prevention Manager has it and is looking at the video." First of all, why do the LP manager had to look at a video surveillance when other customers had their returns/exchanges honored without any hesitation. So finally the LP manager, Roy (who was very nice and helpful) confirmed that I did leave a bag here at the store. Believe me, I have no reason to steal from your store but I am angry and appalled at the way I was treated here at this store. Wal-Mart must go better.

My hubby and I have a love-hate and hate-hate relationship with Walmart. I have found the Walmarts in 2 cities to be great - Naples and Johnson City (if memory serves me right). Both were able to get me great deals in a pinch while on a vacation. Both were not crowded and the clientele were great. This one is not the same case. On the contrary - much like the Walmart at home, this one is horrible. The parking lot - thought huge - is jammed. The store - though huge - is jammed. I once again needed clothes while on vacation. The women's section was in disarray. I just needed a couple pairs of shorts or skirts. Casual but nice as I forgot to pack mine. The sizes and selection were random and scattered. I lucked into finding 2 options both in or near my size. I tried both on quickly and they both fit. 2 for 2. And I think those were the only 2 I would have ever found. I met up with the hubby who had located a couple things he needed and gave up before getting the one thing he went for - just had to get out of there. The ones were WAY LONG - so we opted for the self scan, each only having 2 or few items. That line was short - but it was amazing the people scanning their items for carts overflowing with crap. Really? We both went to one register when our turn came and each scanned our own items out quickly. We showed our receipts to the person checking bags and started the HIKE to the car. We could not get out soon enough. It was a MADHOUSE. On a Saturday night. Unreal. I keep trying to give Walmart a chance, but they just keep failing. Sorry Walmart, we will not be back again. Oh - the one positive, both things I bought were on sale so out the door for about $20.

This store is in such disarray. You have to double check items they will advertise on sale or price rolled back and when you go to checkout the price is still the original .I'm not being mean or rude but some of the employees especially the older man who a door greeter treats you as you are a Stone cold criminal and when you reply back to him he makes remarks like I bet are manager wouldn't like that and proceed to show you his picture on wall I'm daily shopper for years at this local Walmart but it's getting to the point with the rude people they are hiring something needs to be done ! Door greeters putting manager out there and pointing at his picture on wall as if he's an almighty ruler is absolutely absurd ! I've never witnessed anything like this before in a retail store I understand there's good and bad in all business but They need better management and esp one who doesn't have his employees stating his likes and dislikes and pointing his picture out to you on wall of glory I suppose and employees who like there job and lose the attitude . Something has got to change in the north Myrtle Beach Walmart or atleast put a Target or something for more options

Worst customer service and management I have ever dealt with. They make up their own return policies. Refuse to share the policy with you. And offer no helpful solutions. Called another local Walmart and they actually followed standard Walmart return policies.Happily with no issues

What is up with that woman in the automotive center?? She's beyond rude; she's just this close to going postal. They really better watch her. She screams at everyone. She was screaming at me, apparently furious that I wasn't responding - she had the wrong name. Very very angry person.

This place is so unorganized. I had a hard time trying to find anything, and the aisles were very crowded. It's just like every other Walmart you will ever go to. Nothing special here. I came in for some sunscreen, and it took me longer to locate this one item. Even if you come in with a list, it will be hard to find anything.

If I could give 0 stars I probably would. We come to Myrtle Beach once a year and frequently shop here to pick up things we need for our vacation. Today I came to pick up photos that we were printing for my Great-grandmother who is about to turn 100. The photos were done quickly after I sent them and I arrived around 3:05 to pick them up. There was not one person at the photo counter, which is understandable. However three separate people walked past me and didn't bother to assist or even offer to help me. Finally, the fourth woman asked if I'd been helped and she called someone to come help me. I waited another 10 minutes or so and then decided to walk around to see if I could find someone to help me. No luck. I walked back to the photo center and a man (I didn't read his name tag) asked "can I help you?" And I said yes I am here to pick up photos I sent this morning online. He went to the drawer to look for it and I told him my name and spelled it for him. He then yelled "WHAT!?" So I repeated myself. When he found it he said, For Kelly? I said yes that's me. Then this rude man proceeded to literally toss my photos on the counter and said "here ya go." In a rude tone. Normally I would ignore this atrocious customer service because honestly, it's so rare to find good customer service these days. But as someone that works in customer service, I would personally be appalled if one of my employees acted that way and if I heard that multiple employees walked by without even offering assistance to someone. Do better for your next customers please.

This store is much larger than the store on Bultman. The lot is much wider than the other store too. I like it because you can do grocery pickup, where the one on Bultman does not have that feature. I don't see much difference in between the two other than one has more. Go to either one, both are fine.
