I was the third car in line at the pharmacy drive through and no one else was behind me. I pulled to the window at 1:26 only for them to literally close the pharmacy in my face as I was sitting there. There was a sign saying they closed for lunch at 1:30. All I had to do was pick up a prescription, which usually takes at max 1 minute. I was appalled that 1) they closed the pharmacy in my face 2) they didn’t even have the courtesy to let me know on the intercom that I had to come back later 3) they closed early with one car left in line. If the pharmacy closes at 1:26 then fine no problem but the audacity to shut it down on me in my face while I was the last car on line 5 minutes early. U won’t catch me, my friends, or my family at this or any Walgreens ever again.

My husband and I visited the Pharmacy to try to get Covid 19 and flu vaccines yesterday. They were not busy at all, but we were told we had to make an appointment online for vaccines, even though we walked in a few weeks ago and were given our RSV vaccines. We went across the street to CVS and got our flu shots, but they didn't have the updated Covid 19 vaccine, so I went online to get appointments at Walgreens. Interestingly, they had open appointments for same day, but I opted to make an appointment for today. I arrived 10 minutes early and waited in line while I watched the chaos behind the counter. Apparently someone had called out sick and the others were running around crazy. After reaching the head of the line, I wasn't acknowledged for another 5 minutes or so. Finally I was able to check in and was asked to complete a form with the same information I had entered online when I made the appointment. The tech said they didn't get that info - no apologies or anything. When the pharmacist came to administer my vaccine, I mentioned to her that I was sorry they were so busy and let her know about being turned away the day before when they weren't busy at all. She got very huffy with me, gave me my paperwork, and turned on her heels and went back through the locked door. What a disappointing experience. We will be looking for a different pharmacy after this.

Had photos developed, and they were over cropped, not centered, color was off. Terrible job. Will not use Walgreens again!

Disappointed with Walgreens; their posted hours misled me - they weren't open as promised

In the pharmacy, Alicia, Jennifer and Jill were all helpful and prompt in transferring in some prescriptions. Friendly staff in store.

I stopped in and picked up an item that was on sale only to find out at the register I have to be a member to get the sale price. Needless to say I left it on the counter. I consider that a bit on the prejudice side. I will ever step back inside a Walgreens ever ever again.

Able to locate products and prices easily. Made my selections from on the shelf items, paid for them at checkout which was quick, courteous and friendly. Entire transaction was a pleasure.

This is the least helpful pharmacy drive Thru I've ever seen. I had scheduled a Covid test because I was exposed to 3 people who tested positive two days ago. I made an appointment but I made it for the Walgreens at 7800 instead of 4300 kings Hwy. i was told to find the other pharmacy. I left & spent 30 minutes looking for the other store. I came back to 4300 & the women at the drive through were not helpful at all. They just kept telling me to call an 800 number if I can't sign up. I asked them to help me & they just said no...call the 800 number. I'm quite elderly & can barely use my cell phone for calls. These people at Walgreens don't seem to care. I think I have Covid but I can't get tested. There's no help at the 4300 Kings Hwy location. I recommend another pharmacy as these people don't give a damn.

We've had pretty good luck here, from a quick covid vaccine in 15 minutes, to small crowds, and an efficient drive thru pharmacy. Most all Walgreens around here have closed pharmacy departments on Sat and Sunday, so plan Accordingly.

Do not go to this location for your COVID shot. They make you schedule an appointment but then let you set there for an hour waiting on the shot. I understand people are over work and understaffed right not but if they cannot serve the appointments they need to quit making them.

Somehow "under staffed" for a global company so they decide to close the pharmacy Friday morning making endless people unable to get their medicine for an entire weekend because this pharmacy is closed on Saturday yet the Walgreens 2 miles up the road is open Saturdays. My rx was called in on a Thursday morning and wasn't ready until 1:00 PM the following Monday(for a common generic drug) will never use any Walgreens again. Better off with Kroger or Walmart pharmacy.

waited at pharmacy drive 20 minutes with no acknowledgement that I was waiting. Clerk continued to serve walk ups who arrived after me. She never looked in my direction nor let me know she would be serving me. Service has gone downhill all summer.
