Not totaly happy. Called for appointment and I asked how much to groom our pomeranian. She said 65.00 which is 25.00 more than we paid in central NY in Dec when we went home for xmas, which is unbelievable to me with the low min wage here. When I picked my Pom up she said 75.00 because he tried to bite her a couple times. He is a 2 year old pomeranian not a Pit bull. Lol. Won't go back. Crazy high price!

Raced to get here before 5pm when they close- literally moved my day around to arrive at exactly 430, and what do you know, closed. What a waste of time. No wonder you can't compete with big box stores, you fail to manage a small business correctly. Also, update your online address on google, so people actually know how to find you. Can't do that correctly either I guess.

Will not shop here again. Company would not take back a product. I got frozen dog food and it was freezer burnt & they was going to get their money back and still wouldn’t to it back. Not a good business.
