I called today because I found a jacket in Columbia SC that only the north Myrtle beach location had. I encountered a lot of resistance trying to get them to look for it bc I didn’t have a sky number even though I know i described the right jacket. They just told me to look it up online. The manager had a jacket in her hand and when I asked if I could get the number so I could look it up online she told me that she would get someone else to tell me because she was off the clock.
What associate, let alone a manager, tells a customer they can’t help them bc they are off the clock? Poor customer, store policy, or manners. So whatever manager was working on 12/6 at 5:55 pm, that’s the manager who said it.

A year ago I came to shop and left empty handed. Here we come back and I am quickly reminded that I will never come back to shop. If you skin is doesn’t have melanated hues you will be briskly welcome and catered during your shopping experience. My husband and I, on the other hand weren’t greeted and were ignored. Treated as if we were….well not treated at all because our skin was too dark for the employees to see us. This experience has been forever. It’s in my brain, and I will be sure that my family and I will not return.

Today was my first experience with this store as well as with this brand. They have a great selection and great prices....here comes the BUT! The customer service was horrible....it wasn't just bad, they were rude on top of it. I was trying on items as was my friend. While waiting for her to come out to provide some input on what I was trying on, the sales lady came in and put some other customers in a room. There was no "that looks great, do you need another size, I've got something that would great with those pants" etc. They acted like it was a bother to do their job and hated the inconvenience of having customers.If you are the Manager or owner of this store, your staff needs a class in customer service, employee conduct and professionalism. These ladies were a poor reflection of the company brand.

MOTHERS WITH BABIES DO NOT COME HERE!As shopping I asked if I could use the rest room to change my daughter and I was told they do not have changing tables. WHICH IS RIDICULOUS! If you are a all womens store you should have a restroom to change babies! I had to go to my car to change my daughter than I asked if it just because they don’t have a changing table? The employee states yes .. so I asked if I could use the restroom to wash my hands after changing my daughter and she said no we can’t let customers use the bathroom.This is ridiculous and sends the message loud and clear that women with children are not supported here!
