Assistant manager Quilla provided exceptional customer service. She was very knowledgeable about store services and product to ensure that I received the best price during my shopping experience. Quilla is friendly and very pleasant. I’m highly satisfied and will contract UPS store #2882 for all of my future printing, shipping and mailbox needs.

I would like to say that the customer service at this location is phenomenal. Fereshia was the lady that service me and I can say that by far she had the skills of an angel. She made feel welcome and not feel like a fool when I asked crazy questions. She explained everything to me to make sure that I understand and when I asked her to repeat things she just smile and said sure. Fereshia is kind and has a great warm welcoming spirit. I would not mind waiting in a long line for services. Thank your help Fereshia.

I frequent the North Myrtle Beach location and I’ve never left unhappy. I’m always met with a smile and a friendly hello from every employee I come into contact with. The employees are knowledgeable, patient, kind, and LIGHTENING fast! I usually visit this store when I’m running other errands, so I appreciate them providing me with a fast and headache free experience every time. I refuse to go to any other UPS Store because I’m so pleased with the North Myrtle crew. I would, and do recommend this location to everyone I know. Thank you for going above and beyond North Myrtle Beach crew members!

My friend visited the location on Main Street today and was overjoyed at her experience. She was greeted by the employees at counter as she entered & was assisted by Dee.
She appreciated the assistance Dee provided as this was her first time having to return a package in a UPS store. She stated that she wishes everyone was nice and happy while assisting customers.
