It’s such a small spot , one bay was busy the second bay only took cash so u could only buy a car wash not subscription, so I just left. I only like the laser washes or dIY wash stations and those are hard to find. I’m beginning to wonder how much it cost just to have it detailed every week or finding a diy myself.

North Myrtle Beach 44th Ave N location is a disgrace. Vacuum has no suction. Hose broken and laying on the ground. No towels, an one attendant who just guides you in. No pre cleaning. $18 for nothing truck still dirty after wash.

Back in January, I took my truck to the North Myrtle Beach location to get it washed. At some point during the process, one of their machines took of the tailgate trim piece. The manager was not present at the time and I returned a couple days later and spoke to the individual in charge, explained my situation. Fortunately the attendant who was present the day this happened was there and backed my story. Shortly afterwards was contacted by Zips whereupon they opened a case. Furthermore, I sent pictures of the damage. Three months have elapsed and despite back and forth e-mails, the damage has been unresolved. I have experienced similar complaints with the vacuum systems and rags. When they opened years ago they were wonderful. Now considering what I am experiencing, cannot recommend their services and urge caution going there.

This is the worst car wash I have ever experienced. None of the vaccums worked and the employees REALLY Didn't care. I will never go back to this car wash again

Was traveling in Myrtle Beach and decided we needed a car. Zip car wash was in the area so we stopped by. Prices were a bit high compared to other car washes we have used. However, when it got to actually washing the car, the attendant that direct you into the car wash only did that. Normally the attendant would take a brush and brush around your tires and your rims just to make sure things are clean. they didn't do anything. The car wash itself was basic nothing special. However, when I got time to use the vacuums, that's when it really became disappointing. Well, over half of the vacuums are not working, and those that are not working to a level that they should be working. As always the test of any business I go to is, will I go back? Answer, definitely not.

This guy approached me as I was paying for my car wash at the kiosk and strong armed me into buying a "membership." I told him REPEATEDLY that I had no interest in one and that I only needed a single wash. He stood there and literally argued with me, telling me that I could get that day's wash for half price and then I could then go onto the website and cancel at any time. That was a LIE. Every time you go to the website to request your membership be cancelled, you get a response telling you that you need to call customer service to do so and they REFUSE to answer or return your calls. I'm now going round and round with my bank trying to block this company from charging my account. These people are evil.

the actual wash is good but the vacuuming machines either don't work or have terrible suction. also have to now go inside to get towels. not worth the monthly fee. used to be great but new owners don't seem to care about service.

Zips car wash in North Myrtle Beach sucks every time you go all the vacuums are broke. The rags are always soaking wet and stink if they have any and the Customer Service will pull up is horrible. I'm canceling the membership on both of my vehicles.

No pre wash so the rear stayed a bit dirty. People are friendly but I just wasn't impressed with the results

Terrible seevice at Joe White and Garden City. Very hard to get in touch with to cancel. Finale got membership canceled, I was a Detricks original customer and it transferred. I just switched to Scrubby's and they are Awesome! The vaccumes are stronger, nice air guns and the customer service was fantastic. I heard they were the best and they are!

1/7/23: I chose the $18 car wash and was very disappointed. The car was only dried on one side and the black cloths used to wipe the car were so damp that it left a smeary streaky mess which makes me think they had been recycled without going thru the laundry. The vacuum nozzle was clogged with trash that I could not remove so i had to move my car to another spot. The parking lot was full of trash like cup lids, hair ties and other debris and very unkept looking. The parking lot needs to be blown every day; it was a total mess. The young lady that directed me into the car wash did not spray my wheels or the front grill. My back windshield wiper was flipped out after the wash; thankful that was not broken. I don't plan to go back...too bad because it used to be a great place.

Worse car wash I have ever been to. Several items not working., Car has soap all over the rear when we came out. Vacuums do not work. half of them don't have hoses and the others have poor suction. A total waste of $30...Spoke with man outside and he jsut said Yes, a lot of stuff broken..Thankfully there is a Brand New Tidal wave wash opening down the road . Looks like it almost ready to open.Rita

Horrible car wash Horrible employee's towels used for drying are not dry because dryer has been broken for 6 months? Fix it? Doesn't get car clean they don't even spray car before entering wash tire shine gets black spots everywhere water spots everywhere not anywhere near price. This place should be shut down employees looking high as a kite

I guess $18 Basic wash means the water doesn't rinse the soap off nor did the air blowers actually blow any of the water off the car. One positive is that the rags were clean enough to wipe all of the water spots off. Dietrich's Car wash service is much better.
