HORRIBLE!!!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! RUDE!! CLAIMED WE TRASHED THE STORE WHEN WE HAD OVER $200 WORTH OF ITEMS IN OUR HANDS TO PURCHASE. SAID HE DID NOT NEED OUR MONEY... SO DOES HE NEED YOURS ??? WE TOLD A FAMILY WALKING IN AND THEY GOT BACK IN THEIR CAR AND LEFT AS WELL! MAKE THIS STORE FAMOUS AND DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!

Not family friendly very rude employees had over 200 dollars of merchandise and they kicked us out of the store because we had kids very poor customer service

Good selection of stuff with clothes and souvenirs but the employees are probably the most rude people I have ever dealt with and that’s saying something for someone who is from New York City. Definitely try to avoid at all cost if you like good customer service

I would echo what some of these other reviews have been about when it comes to the rudeness. We stopped in just to look around after eating dinner. My daughter needed to use the restroom, but when I asked about a public restroom I was greeted with rudeness and an arrogant stare. The person I asked just shook their head no, and their facial expression pretty much said tough luck. Didn't really get a good chance to look around to review the store because of this issue.Edit: I would just like to include that I am perfectly fine with a no public restroom policy. I would say an improvement could be posting that in a more prominent area. Also, if a customer would ask that, I wouldn't respond rudely and in a condescending manner.

Absolutely AWFUL customer service. I politely asked to use the dressing room and the girl wouldn’t even make eye contact she just said no. I said oh okay well I don’t want to buy anything if I can’t try it on she stated okay!I went to the check out to a girl and asked her politely if I could please speak with her she said what do you want with an attitude. I said I was just about to complain about how rude one of your employees are but you are being just as rude. She stated “yeah and” I said we will just put everything back she smirked and said alright!You would think you would want to save a customer…Never will I go back.

When this location opened in Cherry Grove, it was fantastic. Great products and very helpful employees. Now, the sales people could care less about you. They are rude and absolutely not helpful because they appearantly don't care. I would give this a zero star if I could.

I would give it a zero if I could. The most absolutely rudest, arrogant, people work here. What a shame to employ people who represent this chain. I have been shopping here for over 20 years. The blonde guy was an absolute @!#^@! And the middle eastern manager tore into one of the staff in front of me demeaning her in front of shopper's and myself. I purchased $150 bathing suits, walked out the door and went right back in because there was a huge flaw in the suit. And they would not refund or exchange even though the sign says exchange only. I had never tried the suit on and the staff even told them so a health issue was not the case. I will never go in here again.

I have been in this store many many times. The .guy with blond hair and an arrogant attitude has always has a smart remark to say. He should NOT be saling n ur store. I buy all my Hat Dudes there I buy my rainbow there cloths ex. But I won't b coming back nor will my family from NC! Sorry u have bad news with him in ur store. He told me to go n have a nice day! So I left! Ty

We were leaving town and getting ready to spend a couple hundred dollars apiece on souvenirs but walked into store at 8:58 and were told the store wasn’t open until 9!! Terrible service!!

The gentleman working there was staring at my 12 year old daughter and her friend the whole time she was shopping. I was a little bit behind watching. When she was walking, he had his vacuum in the middle of the floor. She tripped over the vacuum, and he started yelling at her.

Don't bother shopping here for clothes or swimsuits. The employees won't open the dressing room (they are too busy eating) but will claim they are "under-staffed". Except that there are multiple employees walking around. The work ethic of people in this country has become shameful.
