Reserving the space was easy. It was great that I could just start using the locker at my convenience. The staff member I met when I emptied the locker was friendly and professional!

The facility was clean & well kept and the site personnel were accessible and helpful. I no longer needed the storage space and the monthly rate had climbed over the years to the point where it did not make economic sense to continue using the storage space.

I wanted to downsize my unit. Shannon was the best! She was pleasant, cordial & professional. She explained the entire process and I was pleasantly surprised when she informed me that I had 7 days to transfer my belongings from one unit to another. I was even more surprised when I found out that the remaining rental on my larger unit would be credited towards my new unit.

There were only two units left the size that I needed, and it was so easy to reserve one online. When I went to the office everything was ready for me and they even had the correct lock for me to purchase. There's security monitoring system is outstanding. I feel confident that my personal belongings are quite safe

It was a super quick rental of a storage unit online. Filled out the forms, answered a few quick questions via phone and email and I was in the unit that day!
