I had an amazing experiance at this particular location! The staff that was there on Saturday October 10th (Kevin, Charlie andChance ) were amazing! I went in to upgrade my phone, and it all went very smoothly as Chance was very therough in explaining everything to me! Also the lines went by super quickly, There were about four customers ahead of me and I only waited for roughly 10 mins! *Great location great workers!!! 5/5!!!!

Agent didn't even set up my family members NEWLY PURCHASED IN STORE phone. They just threw a sims card in there and lost the memory card. She has been up there twice knows her username and password for her Google account they haven't even tried to fix the issue just said yea the pictures are gone. The agent that sold her the new phone lost her memory card so now years of photos are gone just a joke now I get to go set up a phone after someone else made commission off of it. Didn't even try to do the most basic of set up She has no contacts either. Ridiculous I have to do your agents jobs for you.

I went to this store to get new service with my sister. Both Chance and Chris helped us. They were both very knowledgeable and very patient, as we are elderly and really don't understand how these things work. I would highly recommend. Thanks guys?

Always a good positive experience at this "T" Mobile in Gator Hole. Nora was wonderful helping my wife and I trade in our galaxy s21+ phones and purchasing the galaxy s23 ultra phones. "T" Mobile is a class act, thank you!
