Devonte Watson was attentive and knowledgeable with great customer service skills. I signed in and was out in less than 30 minutes. It helped me know what I wanted the cost and my trade-in information.

The 1st time in the store employees were very helpful. The second time, there was a young man who was not helpful it seemed he did want to be there. He really did want to help us. He said we can do it ourselves, which I did, but he wasn't very nice

They need either a bigger store or more help. Long waits even with appointments. They should also have drop spots for equipment rather than spend a whole day at the store waiting. Going to the spectrum stores is a painful as going to DMV

Why is my bill going up after we had almost all our channels disconnected bc of your dispute with disney?? So now we all have to pay more. It's so unfair to customers plus half the time my internet doesn't work at all!! Soo over it

Spectrum sucks! So does Disney! Spectrum managed to have all our Disney channels(including ESPN and ESPN2) pulled by Disney bc they couldn't make a deal moving forward. Now I will be unable to watch the US Open tennis. Way to go you losers!

Spectrum is in dispute with Disney on prices and will only offer $15 dollars off one time.Customers have loss over 20 channels because of the dispute; however Spectrum refuses to lower customer bills during this dispute. This could go on for months and in the mean time Spectrum will take in for broken promises and contracts made with customers.Should this dispute carry on Spectrum may be guilty of theft of services but as large entity doesn't appear to care about their customers.Time to find a new provider.I won't return to them.

Tristan, the customer rep in the store, was the most rude, disrespectful, unfriendly person. Do not allow him to "help" you. I went 3 times to have my phone activated, and each time, he treated me as though I was an annoying problem. He never resolved my issue AND, in fact, told me he couldn't do anything and said, "Go to another store." I asked for a manager and get said "he is all the way in Columbia, and I can only send him an email." I asked why he didn't call me, as he said he would. His answer was, "I don't have a phone." Really? You literally work in a store that sells phones! Horrible person! He was rude to an elderly couple while he was supposed to be helping me. Just nasty, this Tristan is.

Took my old modem & went to the spectrum store in NMB because my internet was down. Walked in & they gave me a new modem. Shaunna was very pleasant, efficient, and provided stellar customer service.

I switched from straight talk with being with them for 13 years to Spectrum mobile and the customer service is amazing…. Over the phone and in person! I’ve had their internet/cable for 9 years now and they always communicate with their customers as far as if there is an outage. I love their service!!

I just went into this store with help in converting to a new Spectrum phone that I had ordered by phone. I did not know that I could purchase the phone at this store. I wish I would have because the Spectrum person I ordered my phone from on the phone totally misled me. Nyasha Smith took time to greatly assist me even though she did not sell me the phone. She was great and so patient in her assistance. Too bad Spectrum doesn't have phone reps as helpful as Nyasha was.

Spectrum stores are clean, quick and friendly. Now, with cellular service, they are able to satisfy all of your communication needs. You might want o come in for business services. I believe they have a 20 dollar monthly cell service plan with internet connection. Can't beat that with a stick. I would check them out on-line, and you don't have to come into the store.

Very rude. Did not explain anything to me. Went in to pickup equipment I paid for and the person had a really bad attitude and said I can’t have service at that address.I guess she doesn’t understand what an address line 2 is (STE/APT #)… won’t be back
