Not good . The rates keep going up . Then we switched companies. They got nasty . Reported we had no ins ? Even though we inform them we switched. I guess they get kick backs for making people life hell. Never ever will I deal with Allstate. They are predators looking to hurt people any way they can .

I switched my insurance company due to a change in location. I proved I had another insurance (it was required to cancel this one) and they filed a false claim with the DMV saying I never had insurance. They literally lied and are now trying to charge me $500 while taking my tags away unlawfully. Truly disgusting that they lied. Will be filing a complaint against them and providing my proof to the state. Was a customer for years never again.

This office has done nothing to find a solution to a billing error, would not communicate, but there answer was always “call the 1800 #”. I will be taking my other policies to someone else when they expire. Tired of wasting my time and paying higher premiums for incompetence.

The ABSOLUTE WORST expereince. Have only been a customer since late March, have paid on time each and every time. One of the cars covered was to have comprehensive coverage. Car was hit by a deer, called the authorities like I was supposed to do. Immediately after called into claims. My 20 year old who is covered and drives this particular car and was hit was on the line as well I was told let them take a look at my policy, my policy had towing they would call to have car towed and taken to one of their shops to be inspected. Today I have been on the phone since 7:30am up until 2 minutes ago 1:03pm. Now I am being told the car did not have comprehensive coverage after it was requested. They record calls, GO listen! No one could tell me where my car was. Had to call roadside assistance myself. I was transferred about 8 times and redirected at least 4 times. After 3 hours I found my car no thanks to anyone with Allstate. I was toled I had towing coverage so this is why I agreed to let them tow it. Contacted the tow company and my car is at their lot, was never taken to their shop like they stated. And I have to pay $325! My billing was set up wrong with incorrect account number from the first time. I have had nothing but problems and basically told "sorry" No accidents, not tickets and pay alomst $500 for absolutely NOTHING! Getting my car and will be cancelling insurance ASAP. Be aware and don't be ripped off and jacked around! My son worked and bought his car with his own money, very great grades, hard worker, helps pay his portion and the fact we are being screwed him especially highly pissed!

The Scott Todd Allstate Insurance company has been such a help to me during a high stress period of my life. Needing insurance and seeking a good package I reached out to Scott and his team. Not only did they answer all my questions, provide me with all the insurances I needed in a move, but they continue to support me. I will go nowhere else but to Scott and his team for my insurance needs.

Becky went thru my policy from another company and saved us a lot.
She asked questions, answered my questions and gave me options which she explained in detail.
I appreciate her patience and honesty in the process.
