Birkenstock sandals fell apart after a few weeks . Manager was very patient and helpful.

Very rude and bad customer service by the dark hair, Eastern European sales woman. My husband purchased a pair of Hey Dude shoes on 6/15/2022 and shortly after putting them on lost one of the silicone shoestring ties. We asked if we could get another and she said she would check the back room for extras. I would have paid for it if necessary. She never left the sales floor and continued to wait on other customers. We grabbed another pair to exchange (receipt says exchanges only) and she refused to exchange because “they show signs of wear”. Parts should not fall off a $60 pair of shoes. That’s a defect. When asked to return them to the manufacturer she said “The store can’t send them back! We don’t do that!” Find the Ron Jon shop. Don’t waste your time or money here. I manage a retail store. There’s a right way to handle customer issues. This is not it.

Grandparents went to get shoes for the our baby and they were a size too small. My boyfriend brought the shoes back two days later with a receipt, tags, and shoes. The owner refused to let him exchange the shoes for one size up and was extremely rude. The receipt says exchanges and returns are okay if done within 7 days. In hindsight if we knew the owner behaved this way we would’ve avoided the shop.Is not a friendly or honest person. Also had gone in earlier and were watched like we were going to steal something. We are well into our 30s and work hard, make good money, and have conservative morals. After reading other reviews unfortunately this seems to be a trend for families trying to enjoy their vacation.

has all of the different colors and sizes in every brand you can think of. only place around myrtle beach i could find a size 15. i even saw up to a size 18!
