Was there this morning with my Dodge Ram that needed a new windshield. Was in at 8am & out by 9 great staff there especially John at the counter. Keep up the great work will definitely recommend to others thanks ???

UPDATE: and now heres the supposed owner who thinks this is about being upset about the process. Its not just the process. Your employee laughed at me for being apprehensive about giving personal information to a company im not sure i want to do business with. A company who is not particularly careful with the information they collect. A company who holds said information even if i dont do business with them. Hes sorry i feel that way. As if its my fault. Not sorry about the humiliation i was subjected to by his employee.
This place refuses to give a quote without getting a bunch of personal information first. In an age when these big corporations are losing our data left and right, I don't think it's as humorous as the girl on the phone thought it was to be apprehensive about giving a bunch of personal info when all I wanted was a quote. A 2013 silverado should be the same price no matter what my name and address and payment info is.
I also don't appreciate the girl on the phone giggling at my not wanting to provide information like I'm the idiot here. If I could give zero stars I would, and you should get your employees in line and tell them mocking potential customers is not acceptable!

If I could give a 0 stars I would. Very unproffesional they canceled / wanted to reschedule 2 weeks in a roll. First time showed up and had a faulty windshield . Also tech did not latch hood and did not know until I started down 501 this almost caused a severe accident when my hood flew up......very incompetant...

After asking how they can help me, I was cut off and told the person behind me was there first. He was in the bathroom. Then while waiting it turns out he was not prepared and needed to go to his car to get all the information. She asked me if I was prepared and expected me to wait. You lost a long time customer today. My time is valuable too.

Schedule an appointment for 930. Should take a couple hours right? Nope, need your car all day. Obviously not true but don’t really have a choice. On drop off, ask what’s a realistic guess? “4pm but we’ve confirmed your number and you’ll get text message updates when we start and when it’s finished.” “Our guys jump from one car to the next so we don’t know when one will be done” What’s the bother of having appointments then. I receive one text at 3PM saying they’ve started ? show up at 350 and it’s finished. Fuse box cover left out, adhesive or some residue left on both sides of my dash and on the cloth interior.
Same repair is 100% possible to have done without dropping the car off so it’s clear it doesn’t take all day. Trash service, going to have to get fabric cleaner to clean the trash work that was done. Freaking terrible. The yelp page shows similar remarks and caution that I should’ve heeded. A day wasted waiting for these clowns. Should’ve just drove around with the cracked windshield

They are amazing. My rear view mirror came down and I was stuck. I call my mechanic shop and they told me I would have to leave it for 24 hours and it would be $80. Somebody told me to call safelite. I went to Safelite and they put my mirror back up and no charge. Truly a company that looks out for their community. Thanks tyler...... It's still up ☺️

They will not answer the phone for anyone not at any number only automated so you can't ask if they can help you

A wild turkey flew into my windshield on my way from Charlotte to Myrtle Beach. I was only in town for 2 days and needed it replaced as quickly as possible so I could get back to Charlotte. I was able to schedule my appointment online, left my car at the shop the afternoon before my scheduled appointment and it was completed by 8am the next day. EXCELLENT customer service!

My trucks windshield was damaged due to the tornado in our area. They came to my home and put a new one in. ( In my driveway) It was quick and great service!! Highly recommend!!!
