We'll,for starters,the staff is very unfriendly, especially the young black kid that is a cashier.i believe he hated his job,never smiles,very unhappy.staff always leaves pallets in front of food,so you have step on them,and hurt yourself.food seems to be out of date alot,just the other day a customer,told me to check dates,cause she found dry dog food out of date.as you can see , I've not been buying alot there anymore.ill go to chewys and other pet shops.

This store no longer lets you get however many crickets you need. Apparently they are now pre-bagged in 40 and 60 counts and will not give you a smaller size of your ask. I only need 15 crickets, why am I going to pay dollars more for extra I do not need?!
I'm not sure if this is just done for laziness at this particular location but no other pet store does it this way

Have only had the best experiences at this Petco. Caleb was wonderfully helpful and patiently walked me through a confusing online order I was attempting to make but having issues with. He didn’t mind guiding me through the process and we really appreciated that. We loved the selection of products there, cleanliness, customer service, and deals. Everything was excellent and we will certainly be returning after our wonderful experience with Caleb and other friendly staff there.

Great store overall. Adequate selection of products and pets. They had ferrets when my son and I shopped there. Friendly staff. My only complaint is the lack of variety of bird breeds in store.

The food is getting so expensive and then petco went and got rid of there membership for their brand of food so no discounts anywhere.
