They do a great job here. I had the oldest dog at their business and they took very good care of her. They are caring towards your pet, patient, and efficient. My dog has passed but when I get another one I will come back for vet services.

Friendly staff, good experience. Dr. TODD Communicated everything perfectly. The price for a walk in was reasonable. Would definitely go back when we are in the area.

While visiting from Florida my Maltipoo developed an ear infection. We called & they saw us the next day & took great care of Mitty! Honest pricing, kind & fair! Highly recommend to anyone who lives here in Carolina Shores, NC!

Dr. Todd is the absolute best. He has such a heart and passion for animals and it shows. He’s very down to earth and easy to talk to. He is such a nice person. He takes his time and really listens to the concerns. He never makes you feel rushed and he always gives 100%. He’s not like other vets that are looking to take your money as he understands costs and gives options to help people. All the staff at both locations are wonderful.

So happy I found this vet. It's amazing that they take walking and appointments. They are always so pleasant and willing to help. They don't rush you like some places do and they love what they do you can tell. From the office staff to the vets.

I do not recommend using this vet. Our biggest frustration has been lack of communication and follow through. We frequently have to follow up after they don’t call when they say they will and we’ve also had to call for multiple results that took longer than quoted. You have to be a “squeaky wheel” in order to hear back from someone. You can’t email them or even leave a voicemail which is so frustrating especially when it’s hard to get someone on the line. You just have to call within their hours and hope. We don’t believe our pet has received proper care for her Cushings disease and at the present moment we are STILL waiting to hear back from the vet after I called Monday morning with concerns and was told the vet would call us. No call. I called end of day Tuesday and was informed the vet was out today to expect a call tomorrow. Wednesday comes around and we realized it was after 5pm and we hadn’t heard anything - not even a “we’re so sorry, you’re important to us but the vet just hasn’t had an opportunity to call” — nothing. Now it’s end of day Thursday, I just tried calling twice, no option to leave a voicemail and another day with no communication. Our dog’s symptoms described on Monday were: not eating, trembling, and updating them that we took her off the meds again which are making her sick. You’d think this would have higher priority to sort out and address but yet again, and it’s not the first time, we’re fighting to get someone who cares on the line. Yes they’re busy. Yes there are probably other emergencies, but just 0 communication feels like 0 concern and it’s not what we’re looking for when it comes to our pet’s care. We’ll be joining the waitlist for kind care like we should have done from the start. On point could take us right away but it’s turned into a sore mistake the more we trust them and the more times we’re let down.Edit to add: never did get a call.

I took my elderly lab to the north side location. First time I was told thier was no walk-in openings told to call ahead. Call yesterday and was told to bring our dog in from 2-4pm. Showed up at 245pm and the same young girl behind the desk rudely said no one is available to see our dog. Told to come back again tomorrow.Stay away from On Points North location just terrible service and they really Do Not Care!. I was so disappointed in thier attitude and unwillingness.
