“I needed a specific cartridge for my color laser printer, but could not find this item in stock at several other stores that I had already visited, both in person and online.
I called before I went to this store to see if they had the item I needed in stock for my laser printer. The associate whom I spoke with, Jacob, confirmed that they did have the item in stock and said he would hold one at the Customer Service desk for me if needed. I told him I would be there pick it up within the hour.
When I arrived, I also saw that this store had other items I needed in stock, so I purchased those as well. I was able to thank Jacob in person for his help as he was the associate at the check out register.
With the excellent customer service I experienced, and the availability of all the items I needed in stock, this store will now be my first choice for my office supply item needs.”
